Ban Ki -moon open an international conference of Syria

International peace conference in Switzerland Syria has opened the call for Secretary-General Ban Ki - moon to establish a dialogue leading to a political solution .

A total of 40 foreign ministers attending the meeting in Montreux , including U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry , who said that President Assad has lost legitimacy and must step down.

Syrian Foreign Minister , Walid Muallem , in a lengthy opening speech said the only people who can choose Click the Syrian leader.

While Syrian opposition leader , Ahmad Jarba , stating they could not accept a minority government but must involve all parties .
