CEO of General Motors Co. , Mary Barra , will receive a salary this year of 4.4 million U.S. dollars

CEO of General Motors Co. , Mary Barra , will receive a salary this year of 4.4 million U.S. dollars ( more than Rp52 billion ) in cash and stock .

This was revealed in a report to the federal government GM USA last weekend told Reuters .

Barra ( 52 ) is the first female CEO in the automotive industry .

In a report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission , GM said that Barra will receive an annual base salary of 1.6 million dollars plus short-term incentives of 2.8 million dollars .

GM has not mentioned the salary in 2013 for the former CEO Dan Akerson , but the year before he earned a total of 11.1 million dollars , of which 1.7 million dollars in cash and 7.3 million dollars in stock and incentives .

The new president of GM Dan Ammann , who previously served as chief financial officer ( CFO ) , will be paid over 2 million dollars . Basic salary of 900 thousand dollars plus 1.25 million incentive .

GM's new CFO , Chuck Stevens , will receive a base salary of 700 thousand dollars plus incentives 875 thousand dollars .
