 "Cooperation between Iran and the United States can help save Syria , " said Iran's former nuclear negotiator with the West , Hossein Mousavian .

In an interview with the daily La Vanguardia , Spain , published Sunday , Mousavian said , the Geneva agreement between Iran and the P5 +1 on Nov. 24 , the second pihaklah wins .
