U.S. military helicopter crashes caused one dead

A U.S. soldier died and two others were injured when the Blackhawk helicopter in which they were doing a hard landing after crashing at the base of Georgia , the soldiers proclaim Thursday.

MH - 60 helicopter was conducting a routine training at Hunter Army Airfield when slammed hard onto land at 11:24 on Wednesday .

Troops who are in it are part of a Special Flight Operations Regiment 160 , known by the nickname " Night Hunter " in accordance with peculiarities of their conduct operations at night .

" A Night Hunters killed and two others were injured in the accident . Victim injured were taken to a local hospital for treatment , " said a statement from the U.S. Army .

The accident is now under investigation , is the third tragedy that befell a military helicopter in this month .

Last week , military aircraft HH - 60G Pave Hawk - another type of Blackhawk , falling in the UK , killing four crew members .

In addition to the three officials also died when the helicopter Navy MH - 53 Sea Dragon crashed off the coast of Virginia on January 8th .

Officers said there were no signs of safety problems associated with military helicopter flight .
