Australian PM says it took a long time to find MH370

After no new signals were detected from the bottom of the sea , the Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott said a massive search on Malaysia Airlines MH370 will likely take a long time considering the electronic transmission of the black box that the battery begins to run out , quickly weakened .

Statement Abbott claims he is different from the day before last Friday during a visit to China where he met with President Xi Jinping .

Friday was pretty sure he was admitted to the detected signal an Australian boat tracking device dicantoli black box from the U.S. , is a black box MH370 .

Abbott is still optimistic but he underlines that efforts to find MH370 will remain difficult .

" No one is ruling out the difficulty of the task that lies before us , " he said at the end of his visit to China .

"We have very much narrowing the search area , but the quest to track down anything below a depth of 4.5 kilometers of the surface of the ocean at about 1,000 km from the mainland is a very, very big job , and may continue until next time , "Abbott said as quoted by the Canadian television network CBC on its website cbc.ca.

Australian ship Ocean Shield which dicantoli tracker black boxes belonging to the U.S. Navy has been detecting two signals from the plane's black box .

" Given the signal from the black box quickly fading , we can do now is try to detect the signal as much as we can , " said Abbott . " So we can narrow the search area to the smallest area . "
