China cancels talks with Britain about the record of human rights violations committed in the Beijing citizens , thus the government in London said on Monday .
China and Britain earlier plans to hold another round of bilateral talks entitled " Human Rights Dialogue " in London on Wednesday after Prime Minister David Cameron visited China in December 2013 and , according to Reuters .
Cameron visits at that aims to discuss the differences between the two countries on the status of Tibet's spiritual leader , the Dalai Lama , who had made China suspended diplomatic relations with Britain .
Prime minister's visit resulted in an agreement to conduct negotiations on human rights in London and Cameron widely praised for the achievement.
But the Foreign Office stated that Beijing canceled his presence on Wednesday this week .
" We are disappointed with the attitude of the Chinese government last week unilaterally suspended negotiations , which will be performed on April 16 , " said a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry in an official statement .
"We did not have to explain why it was delayed negotiations . Both countries are currently being discussed to set a new date , " he said .
Meanwhile, a spokesman of the Chinese Embassy in London said that he did not know the cancellation of negotiations .
Earlier in the week , the UK enter China as a " country that need to be considered " in the annual report on human rights . The report says the increased restrictions on freedom of expression and assembly in 2013 .
The government report also write Iggris is " forcible repression against ethnic unrest in Tibet and Xinjiang . "
