Cancel China human rights talks with the UK in the last minute .

 China cancels talks with Britain about the record of human rights violations committed in the Beijing citizens , thus the government in London said on Monday .

China and Britain earlier plans to hold another round of bilateral talks entitled " Human Rights Dialogue " in London on Wednesday after Prime Minister David Cameron visited China in December 2013 and , according to Reuters .
