Joko widodo disbanded 10 organizations signed a Presidential Decree nonstructural

MERDEKA.COM. Joko Widodo President dissolve 10 non-structural institution in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of government affairs.

As quoted from the Cabinet Secretariat in Jakarta, Sunday (14/12), the dissolution is regulated by Presidential Decree No. 176 of 10 Institutions nonstructural Dissolution signed by President Joko Widodo on December 4, 2014.

The 10 institutions that are dissolved nonstructural National Aeronautics and Space Council, Institute for Coordination and Control of Social Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, the National Book Council, the National Law Commission, Agency Development Control Policy and the National Housing and Settlement.

Interdepartmental Committee on Forestry, Agency for Development of Integrated Economic Development Zone, the National Action Committee on the Elimination of the Worst Forms for Children, Development Council of Eastern Indonesia, and the Indonesian Sugar Council.

With the dissolution, the duties and functions of Coordination and Control of the Institute of Social Welfare of Persons with Disabilities implemented by the Ministry of Social Affairs, while the National Book Council implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

National Law Commission carried out by the Ministry of Justice, Agency Development Control Policy and the National Housing and Settlement executed by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.

National Action Committee on the Elimination of the Worst Forms for Children conducted by the Ministry of Labor, Eastern Indonesia Development Council conducted by the Ministry of Rural Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration.

The duties and functions of the Board of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration implemented by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Education Tinge and interdepartmental Committee on Forestry Sector implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.

For financing, employees, equipment, and documents are managed by the National Aeronautics and Space Council transferred to the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space.

Improved Coordination and Control Institute of Social Welfare of Persons with Disabilities is transferred to the Ministry of Social Affairs, the National Book Council to Kemendikbud, Agency Development Control Policy and the National Housing and Settlement to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.

Interdepartmental Committee on Forestry to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Agency for Development of Integrated Economic Development Zone to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, the National Action Committee on the Elimination of the Worst Forms for Children to the Ministry of Labor and Indonesian Sugar Council to the Ministry of Agriculture.

As for financing, equipment, and documents managed by the National Law Commission transferred to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Council of Development of Eastern Indonesia to the Ministry of Rural Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration.

Meanwhile, an employee at the National Law Commission and Council Development Eastern Indonesia will be regulated in accordance with the legislation.

The transfer referred coordinated by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB), involving elements of the State Personnel Board (BKN), Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPK), the National Archives, and the Ministry of Finance.

"The transfer referred implemented no later than one year from the date of its enactment of this Presidential Decree," the Article 4 Paragraph (2) Presidential Decree No. 176 2014.

It is also stressed in this regulation, the costs required for the implementation of the transfer process imposed on the State Budget.

Through the Presidential Regulation, the President also revoke 10 presidential decree (Decree) which underlies the formation of the 10 institutions that nonstructural.

"The president Regulation shall enter into force on the date of enactment," the wording of Article 8 regulation, promulgated on December 5, 2014 by the Minister of Law and Human Yasonna H Laoly it.
