BOOK bodies 
Shaikh Abdullah bin Abdul al-Azhim Khalafi

لقنوا موتاكم: لا إله إلا الله.

من كان آخر كلامه لا إله إلا الله دخل الجنة.

Umm Salamah from radi anhu, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to Abu Salamah who have breathed their last with both eyes wide open, then he closed his eyes Abu Salamah and said,' Surely if the soul has been revoked, and he was followed by eye. 'Suddenly there was a noise of some families of Abu Salamah, then he also said,' Do you pray over yourselves except with kindness, because actually the Angel agrees what you say. 'Then he mendo'akan Abu Salamah saying:
اللهم اغفر لأبي سلمة, وارفع درجته في المهديين, واخلف في عقبه في الغابرين, واغفرلنا وله يارب العالمين, وافسح له في قبره, ونور له فيه.
'O Allah, forgive the sins and mistakes of Abu Salamah, exalt rank among those who were given instructions, and keep descent afterwards  that are included in those who survived . Forgive us and he, lapangkanlah grave and give light in it. '"

'Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam was then menshalatinya, and each he met with Abu Qatada, he always asks, 'What have you done with two dinar debt?' Finally he replied, 'I have to pay it off, Messenger of Allah.' Then he said, 'Now then his skin felt cold to be free from torture.' "
Things That May Be Done By The Mourners

Also narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far, that the Prophet has delayed Ja'far family mourn for three days, then he came to them and said:
لا تبكوا على أخي بعد اليوم.
"Do not cry for my brother after today." 
Things That Must Do By Relatives Si Mayit
There are two things required of relatives of the deceased, when he heard the news of the death:
First: Be patient and accepting what has been ordained by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, as his word:
ولنبلونكم بشيء من الخوف والجوع ونقص من الأموال والأنفس والثمرات وبشر الصابرين الذين إذا أصابتهم مصيبة قالوا إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعونأولئك عليهم صلوات من ربهم ورحمة وأولئك هم المهتدون
"Be sure we shall test you with something of fear, hunger, lack of wealth, lives and fruits. And give glad tidings to those who patiently, (ie) those who, when misfortune befalls, they say, 'Innaa lillaahi wa innaa ilaihi raaji'uun.' Also based on the history of Anas ibn Malik radi anhu, he said:
مر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بامرأة عند قبر وهي تبكي فقال لها: اتقي الله واصبري. فقالت: إليك عني, فإنك لم تصب بمصيبتي, قال: ولم تعرفه. فقيل لها: هو رسول الله, فأخذها مثل الموت. فأتت باب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فلم تجد عنده بوابين. فقالت: يارسول الله, إني لم أعرفك, فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إن الصبر عند أول الصدمة.

And whoever gets the exam due to be patient when the child's death, then he will get a great reward, as the hadith narrated from Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri radi anhu that the women asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to set apart for them one day, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, advising them with his saying:
أيما امرأة مات لها ثلاثة من الولد كانوا لها حجابا من النار, قالت امرأة: واثنان? قال: واثنان.
"Any woman who overwritten tragedy with the death of his three children, undoubtedly it will be a hindrance to her veil goes into Hell." A woman asked, "What about the two children?" He replied, "Also two children." [13 ]
Second: It is necessary for them (deceased relatives) is istirja ', that is to say (sentence): "Innaa lillaahi wa innaa ilaihi raji'un," as explained in the word of God above, and supplement it with a prayer:
اللهم أجرني في مصيبتي واخلف لي خيرا منها.
"O Allah, anugerahkanlah reward for my patience to face the disaster and give me a better replacement of it."
As narrated from Umm Salamah radi anha, he said that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
ما من مسلم تصيبه مصيبة فيقول ما أمر الله: إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون, اللهم أجرني في مصيبتي واخلف لي خيرا منها. إلا أخلف الله له خيرا منها. فقالت: فلما مات أبو سلمة, قلت: أي المسلمين خير من أبي سلمة, أول بيت هاجر إلى رسول الله? ثم إني قلتها, فأخلف الله لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
"It is not a Muslim, a disaster struck, then he uttered as God commanded: 'Innalillaahi wa inna ilaihi raaji'uun. (O Allah, anugerahkanlah reward for my patience to face the disaster and give me a better replacement of it, except God will replace him better). '"Umm Salamah said," When Abu Salamah died I said,' Who is the one of the Muslims more better than Abu Salamah? He was the first family to move to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and I have spoken it, and then God gave replace (a husband), that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. '"
Things That Haram Done By Relatives Mayit
1. Mourning deceased
It was narrated from Abu Malik al-Ash'ari that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
أربع في أمتي من أمور الجاهلية لا يتركونهن: الفخر في الأحساب والطعن في الأنساب والإستسقاء بالنجوم والنياحة.

Also in another hadith he said:
النائحة إذا لم تتب قبل موتها تقام يوم القيامة وعليها سربال من قطران ودرع من جرب.

Narrated 'Abdullah, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
ليس منا من لطم الحدود وشق الجيوب ودعا بدعوى الجاهلية.

4. Shaving (shaved) hair
It was narrated from Abu Burdah ibn Abi Musa, he said, "Abu Musa never got sick until unconscious while his head was on the lap of his wife, and his wife was crying and he (Abu Musa) is not able to forbid it, when he regained consciousness, he said:
أنا بريء مما بريء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم, فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بريء من الصالقة والحالقة والشاقة.
"I am innocent of those that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam disassociate ourselves from him, indeed the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam innocent of woman screaming when stricken, the woman who shaved his head and tore the clothes." 
5. Describe the hair
It is based on the hadith of a woman who never participated pledge allegiance to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:
كان فيما أخذ علينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المعروف الذى أخذ علينا أن لا نعصيه فيه وأن لا فخمش وجها ولا ندعو بويل ولا نشق جيبا وأن لا ننشر شعرا.
"Including of the things that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam take agreement with us from doing good and we promise not to violate it is that we do not scratch the face, not screaming with utter woe, not tearing clothes, and do not parse -urai hair. "
RIGHTS OF THE MANDATORY redeemable Mayit
Shaikh Abdullah bin Abdul al-Azhim Khalafi
There are four things which are rights that must be fulfilled by a dead person who attends, whether from family deceased or not, that is bathing him, mengkafaninya, menShalatinya and buried.
Third rights: Menshalatkannya
Salah fardhu kifayah legal bodies, under orders of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in a hadith, among them the hadith Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani, that there was a man from the Companions of the Prophet died at the battle of Khaibar, then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam reported about it, then he said:
صلوا على صاحبكم. فتغيرت وجوه الناس لذلك, فقال: إن صاحبكم غل في سبيل الله. ففتشنا متاعه فوجدنا خرزا من خرز اليهود لا يساوى درهمين.

The law excluded the obligatory Salah's body was Top Two groups

'Aisha radi anhuma said, "Had the Prophet's son Ibrahim died, the age when it was eighteen months, and the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam did not menshalatinya." 
Second: People who die a martyr
It was narrated from Anas radi anhu, he said, "The martyrs' Uhud not bathed, and they were buried with their blood-blood, they also do not be prayed." 
But not obligatory prayer is not meant to deny the prayer disyari'atkannya top two classes.
Narrated from 'Aisha radi anhuma, he said: "Faced with the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam deceased minor child of the Helpers, then he menshalatinya ..." 
And also narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Zubair radi anhuma, he said, "Behold, the day of Uhud the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam ordered to carry the bodies Hamzah, then his body was covered with a piece of cloth, then he bertakbir menshalatinya and nine times the Takbir, then dishaffkan in presence of other bodies (the victim Uhud), then he menshalati them and the bodies Hamzah also. "
More and more people are praying corpse, then it is more important and beneficial for the corpse, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
ما من ميت تصلى عليه أمة من المسلمين يبلغون مائة كلهم يشفعون له إلا شفعوا فيه.
"It is not a dead person dishalatkan by the Muslims who reached a hundred people who all have the right to give syafa'at unless they would give her intercession." 
Also in another narration he said:
ما من رجل مسلم يموت, فيقوم على جنازته أربعون رجلا لا يشركون بالله شيئا إلا شفعهم الله فيه.
"It is not a Muslim dies, then he dishalatkan by forty men who do not associate God with anything whatsoever, then God will give her intercession." 
Disunnahkan to make three Shaff behind the imam, although the number jama'ahnya little, as narrated from al-Yazani Martsad, from Hubairah bin Malik, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
ما من ميت يموت فيصلى عليه ثلاثة صفوف من المسلمين إلا أوجب.

Martsad said, "Malik Shaff always divide people into three Shaff menshalati bodies, based on the hadith." 
If there are more bodies of men and women, may menshalatkan the bodies one by one each with a prayer and this is the original law. May also menshalati all these bodies only with a prayer and the laying bodies of men -although small-child near bodies of women approached the priest and Qibla direction, as naration-off from Nafi 'from Ibn' Umar that he menshalati nine bodies at once , while set to the position of the bodies of the men approached the priest, the bodies of the women approached the direction of Qiblah and make them into one Shaff, putting the bodies of Umm Kulthum bint Ali, wife of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, also son named Zaid with them. Furthermore Sa'ad bodies were taken out through the door that leads to the corpse usually people sit down. Then the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam heard that people denounced it, saying, "Never during these bodies brought into the mosque (this is new)." When' Aisha radi anhuma hear it, he said, "It is very quickly people denounce something that they no knowledge of it, they criticized us for bringing the bodies to the mosque, but it is not the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menshalati Suhail bin Ba-idha' but in the middle of the mosque." 
But more important if the body was held prayer outside the mosque, in a place that was specially prepared for prayer bodies, as diperaktekkan at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And this is the more often he did.
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar radi anhu, he said, "The Jews came to the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam to bring a male and female of the those who have committed adultery, and he ordered them to be stoned, so they do stoned near the place normally used for prayer bodies located next to the mosque. "
And from Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, he said, "Behold, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam informed us on the death of the king Najasyi on the day he died, then he came out to the place of prayer (corpse), and then he makes Shaff and bertakbir four times." 
Banned prayer bodies among the graves, based on the hadith of Anas radi anhua that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade menshalatkan bodies among the graves. 
The establishment of the place where Imam?
It was narrated from Abu Ghalib al-Khayyath, he said, "I've watched Anas bin Malik menshalati bodies of men, then he stood beside the head of deceased, when the bodies of the men had been taken, confronted him, the bodies of women of Quraysh or the Ansaar, then said to him, 'O Abu Hamza (Anas) are bodies fulanah bint Fulan, shalatilah it.' So he menshalatkannya and he stood in the middle of the body. When it was present with us al-'Ala-i bin Ziyad al-'Adawi, when she noticed a difference where the establishment of Anas when menshalati bodies of men and women, he asked, 'O Abu Hamza, if this is so the position of the founding of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam when menshalati deceased as are you doing?' He replied, 'Yes, it is.' Then al-'Ala-i turned to us and said, 'Take care of by you (Sunnah).' " 
Procedures for Salah's body
May bertakbir when praying corpse as many as four, five to nine times, then let it be done occasionally and on other occasions using the other.
The bertakbir four times, then it is based on the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah anhua, he said, "Behold, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam informed us on the death of the king Najasyi on the day he died, then he came out to the place of prayer (bodies), and he makes Shaff and bertakbir four times. "
While the argument about bertakbir five times is the hadeeth of 'Abdurrahman ibn Abi Laila, he said, "Zaid bin Arqam bertakbir when praying the bodies four times and at other times five times, so I asked him about it, he replied, "This is what the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bertakbir." 
The bertakbir six or seven times, there are some traditions mauquf that would explain this, but the law is included in the hadiths that marfu 'because it was narrated that some major Companions to do this in front of the other Companions and none of those who oppose it , among them:
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Ma'qil, that' Ali bin Abi Talib menshalatkan bodies Sahl bin Hanif, and he bertakbir six times, then he turned to us and said, "He includes expert Badr." 
And of Musa bin 'Abdillah bin Yazid, he said, "Behold,' Ali Abu Qatada menshalatkan bodies, then he bertakbir seven times and real Badr Abu Qatada is an expert." 
Also from 'Abdu Khair, he said, "Behold,' Ali bertakbir six times while menshalatkan expert Badr, when another friend menshalati he bertakbir five times, and if menshalatkan people besides them he bertakbir four times." 
The bertakbir nine times, then the argument is what is narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Zubair radi anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam menshalati Hamzah and his corpse bertakbir nine times. 
Disyari'atkan Raised Both Hands On At The First Takbir
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn' Abbas that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam lifted his hands on the first Takbeer when praying corpse, then he does not repeat it again. "
Then put the right hand on the palm of the hand, wrist and arm to the left, then put them across the chest, as narrated from Suhayl ibn Sa'd, he said, "Behold, the people were ordered to put his right hand over his left hand at the time of prayer. "
Furthermore read the letter al-Fatiha and another letter after the first Takbir, as narrated by Talha bin 'Abdillah bin' Auf, he said, "I've been praying corpse behind Ibn 'Abbas and then he read the letter al-Fatiha and the other letter. He deliberately hardened his reading that I heard, once finished the prayer I held her hand and asked about it, he replied, 'I deliberately hardened my voice so that you know that this is the Sunnah and the Truth.' "
And read Sirri (slow inaudible), as explained in the hadeeth of Abu Umamah ibn Sahl, he said: "Included in the Sunnah prayers for the body of the letter al-Fatihah read slowly does not sound (sirr) after the first Takbir, then bertakbir three times, then greeting when Takbir the last. "
This was followed by a second Takbir and read blessings on the Prophet Shallallau 'alaihi wa sallam. It's all based on the hadith of Abu Umamah mentioned earlier, that there is a friend who let him know, "Verily including the Sunnah prayers that the priest's body bertakbir, then read the letter al-Fatiha after the first Takbeer in sirr, followed by reading prayers on the Prophet and sincerely pray for the deceased in the next three takbir, and he did not read him a single letter, and then after that he regards with sirr anyway. إذا صليتم على الميت فأخلصوا له الدعاء.

Let pray with the prayer-prayer that has been taught by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, among them prayer narrated from' Awf ibn Malik radi anhu, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menshalatkan bodies , then I memorized prayer that he read, namely:
اللهم اغفر له وارحمه وعافه واعف عنه, وأكرم نزله, ووسع مدخله واغسله بالماء والثلج والبرد, ونقه من الخطايا كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الدنس وأبدله دارا خيرا من داره وأهلا خيرا من أهله, وزوجا خيرا من زوجه وأدخله الجنة, وأعذه من عذاب القبر وعذاب النار ,
'O Allah forgive and bless him, deliver it and forgive, and place it in a glorious place (Heaven), lapangkanlah his grave, and he mandikanlah with water, snow and dew, wipe it from his mistakes as white cloth is cleaned of dirt, and gantikanlah her house is better than home, family better than his family, and his wife better than his wife, and insert it into Heaven and he put away from adzab grave and torment of Hell. '"
Say 'Auf bin Malik, "I wish I had the deceased was." 
Disyari'atkan to pray in the last Takbir and greetings. It is based on the hadith of Abu Ya'fur, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa, he said, "I saw it (ie Ibn Abi Aufa) do Takbir in prayer bodies of four times, and then she stood for a moment -berdo'a- then said,' Do I think you bertakbir five times? 'Those present answered,' No. 'He said,' Verily the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bertakbir four times.' "

Is allowed only with the greeting of the first course, based on the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam praying corpse, then he bertakbir four times and greeting one.

Based on the hadith 'Uqbah bin' Amir, he said, "There are three times at which the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade us to pray and bury deceased him, that when the sunrise to rise, when noon until the sun leaning to the west, and when the sun almost set to sunset. "

من صلى على جنازة ولم يتبعها فله قيراط, فإن تبعها فله قيراطان, قيل وما قيراطان? قال: أصغرهما مثل أحد.

And this is reinforced by the words' Ali radi anhu, "Walking behind the bodies greater than walking in front of him, as the virtue of people who pray in congregation than those who pray alone." 
What should Pronounced By People Who Sign Or Passing Grave
Narrated from 'Aisha radi anhuma, he asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what should I say to them (deceased)?" He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "Say:
السلام على أهل الديار من المؤمنين والمسلمين, ويرحم الله المستقدمين منا والمستأخرين, وإنا إن شاء الله بكم للاحقون.

Also from Sulaiman bin Buraidah radi anhuma, from his father, he said, "Behold, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam taught us if we go out into the grave in order to say:
السلام عليكم أهل الديار من المؤ منين والمسلمين, وإنا إن شاء الله بكم للاحقون, أسئل الله لنا ولكم العافية.
"Hopefully, safety is always delegated to the residents of this village of the Muslims and the believers, and God willing we will follow you all, and I ask God to provide safety to all of us. '"
