Shalawat NARIYAH IN WEIGHTS
ByUstadz Abdullah Zaen, Lc, MA

VIRTUE OF READING ShalawatOne particular practice in Islam promised reward manifold is read blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Many nash (the proposition) of al-Qur'ân and hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam motivated to reproduce this noble deed. Among them:
Word of Allah Almighty:
إن الله وملائكته يصلون على النبي يا أيها الذين آمنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما
Verily Allah and His angels bershalawat to the Prophet. O ye who believe, bershalawatlah you to honor the Prophet and say hello to him [al-Ahzab / 33: 56]
Imam Ibn Kathir says in his commentary [1], "Allah Almighty tells His servants the position of the Messenger of Allah on his side in the presence of the angels. Allah Almighty praised he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in front of them, so are theybershalawat told he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Then Allah Almighty ordered the inhabitants to bershalawat and say hello to him sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam that blends praise the occupants of the sky with the inhabitants of the earth are all to he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. "
In a hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
صلوا علي; فإنه من صلى علي صلاة صلى الله عليه بها عشرا
Bershalawatlah you for me. Surely whoever bershalawat me once, surely Allah will bershalawat him ten times [HR. Muslim 1 / 288-289 no. 384]
In Tuhfah al-Ahwadzi, al-Mubârakfûri rahimahullah explained that the purpose of the blessings of Allah Almighty for His servants is Allah have mercy on them and double the reward.
And there are many other proposition that shows the virtue of reading and prayers for the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Therefore, not surprisingly, from the first, the scholars of Islam vying wrote a special book to explain the virtue of reading and prayers. For example, Fadhlush Salat 'ala an-Nabi sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam by Imam Isma'il ibn Ishaq al-Qadi (199-282 H), Jalâ'ul Afhâm Fi Fadhlish Salah As-Salam wa 'ala Muhammadin Khairil works of Imam Ibn Anam Qayyim al-Jawziyya (691-751 H) and others. [2]
SINCERE AND IMITATION RASUL sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam IN BERSHALAWATFrom the above, it seems so obvious that reading shalawat is worship prescribed in Islam. And as already known, based on the arguments of al-Qur'ân and Sunnah as well as the statements of the Ulama, that every service to be acceptable in the sight of Allah Almighty that meet two conditions. Namely run outright because Allah and in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Fakhruddin ar-Razy (544-606 H) concluded that two conditions are legitimate worship of the word of Allah Almighty:
ومن أراد الآخرة وسعى لها سعيها وهو مؤمن فأولئك كان سعيهم مشكورا
Whoever desires the Hereafter and try to do the practice that leads to him, while he is also a believer; then they are the ones who are efforts be rewarded with good. [al-Isra '/ 17: 19]
Rahimahullah, he said, "The first requirement, expecting the reward of the hereafter of deeds. If the intention is not there then he will not benefit from deeds ... because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
Verily deeds it depends intention. [HR. Bukhari, 1/9 no. 1 - al-Fath]
As well as charitable purpose is to illuminate the heart by getting to know Allah and His love. This will not be achieved unless someone has intended deeds to the worship of Allah and obedience to His reach.
The second condition, there is the word of Allah Almighty, which means, "trying to do the practice that leads to him" means that the practice should be expected to deliver in the hereafter it is the practice that it can achieve that goal. And a practice would not be considered so, unless it includes acts of worship and obedience. Many people who get closer to Allah Almighty to perform deeds of vanity! "[3].
Imam Ibn Kathir (700-774 H) affirm, "To practice accepted, it must meet two requirements. First, sincere for Allah alone and secondly, true Shari'a compliant. When a deed is done sincerely, but it is not true (according to law), the practice is not accepted. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Any person who practice a practice that no orders from us then practice it will be rejected [HR. 3/1343 Muslim no. 1718 from Aisha radi anhuma]
Similarly, if a practice in accordance with the Shari'a is lahiriyah, but the culprit is not mengikhlaskan intention to Allah; deeds will also be rejected. "[4]
Because reading is the blessings of worship and good deeds, so that the practice is accepted by Allah Almighty should also fulfilled the two requirements above, that is sincere and in accordance with the guidance of the Apostle sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Ikhlas in bershalawat means:1. Only expect the pleasure of Allah Almighty and reward from Him.2. The text reads shalawat which do not contain elements that are contrary to the principle of sincerity. Or in other words, is not charged shirk and kufr, such as istighatha to other than Allah Almighty, attributing something which is a specific right of Allah to other than Him, and the like. The second rule is certainly applied to texts shalawat human product, not from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Because, if it comes from the text shalawat Ma'shum figure, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then this outside the context of our discussion, because it is impossible Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam taught something that contains shirk and kufr.
Imitate the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in bershalawat, maksdunya:1. Modeled shalawat taught him and do not exceed the limits that entered the realm ghuluw (exaggerations) and lafaz shirk.2. Bershalawat to him at moments that he syariatkan. [5]3. Increase the reading blessings on his best, in order to practice the word of Allah Almighty in the Qur'an. al-Ahzab / 33: 56 and the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam mentioned above.
After exposure preamble which contains some important rules, time for us to enter the core of the discussion.
Shalawat NARIYAH IN WEIGHTSAmong Muslims in Indonesia, so many blessings scattered text.Such as, shalawat Fatih, Munjiyât blessings, blessings Thibbul Qulub, shalawat Wahidiyyah, and -not forgetting us- shalawat Nâriyyah spotlight. Not just content with text shalawat composed classical circles, they also rely on editors-editor who created the contemporary. For example, shalawat Wahidiyyah made in 1963 by one of the residents of Bandar Lor Kedunglo Kediri, KH. Abdul Majid Ma'Ruf. [6]
In addition, they are also very 'creative' in making the rules read various types of these blessings, of the amount of reading, reading time, until fadhilah (virtue) that will be achieved by readers. As if that was all there foundation of law.
Shalawat shalawat Nâriyyah is one of the most famous among shalawat-shalawat human formation. People compete to practice it, either by knowing its meaning, or do not understand its contents. Indeed, it is perhaps the second type is more dominant. Many people necessarily practice it is only because of his role model was ruled figures, relatives and friends, or tempted by "fadhilah" without feeling the need to examine the validity of these blessings, also the content of the meaning contained therein.
Before examining further about these blessings, which is also sometimes called the Shalawat Tafrîjiyah Qurthubiyah, it helps first brought the full text: [7]
Ya Allah, limpahkanlah shalawat perfect and pour regards welfare filled to master our Prophet Muhammad, which causes him all the difficulties can be solved, all the pain can be eliminated, all needs can be met, and all are coveted and Husnul khatimah can be achieved, as well as thanks his glorious rain drops. Hopefully terlimpahkan to his family and his friends, at every moment and breath as much as the number of all known to you

WHO IS THE CREATOR Shalawat NARIYAH?
Based on the existing references, we could only find a gesture that shows that the creators shalawat this is a man named al-Sanusy. [8] However, up to now we have not been able to ascertain who is his full name, because that use this nickname very much and we do not get information shows as-Sanusi Which creates the blessings. However, the exact designation as-Sanusi is a form penisbattan the Sufi orders that widely spread in the area of Morocco, the congregation as-Sanusiyyah.

TRUE author was Shabat Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam?
On a website says: "Sholawat Nariyah is a sholawat compiled by Sheikh Nariyah. Sheikh this one alive at the time of the Prophet Muhammad that includes one of the companions of the Prophet. He is going out for monotheism. Sheikh Nariyah always see the hard work of the Prophet in conveying revelation Allah, teach about Islam, good deeds and good moral that Sheikh always pray to Allah for safety and prosperity for the Prophet, prayers that include so-called prophet sholawat and Nariyah Sheikh is one of the constituent sholawat prophet called Sholawat Nariyah.

One night, Sheikh Nariyah read sholawatnya as much as 4444 times. After reading it, he gets karomah of Allah. Then in a gathering, he approached the Prophet and asked for the first time entered heaven with the prophet. And the Prophet agreed. There is someone jealous friend and then ask for prayer are the same as Sheikh Nariyah. But the Prophet said he could not because Sheikh Nariyah already requested in advance.

Why it rejected the Prophet's companions? And precisely Sheikh Nariyah can? The companions were not aware of the practice that every night practiced by Sheikh Nariyah are praying for the safety and welfare of the Prophet. People who pray for Muhammad is essentially praying for herself because Allah has guaranteed his prophets so that the prayer will be turned to the pengamalnya with the blessing of the very strong ". [9]

In conclusion, the author Shalawat Nariyah reputedly a man named Sheikh Nariyah, and he was among Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that have been guaranteed to go to heaven by him.

As a Muslim should not blindly accept what is presented to him, without clarification and research, especially when it comes to religious matters.

At least there are two points that need to be observed from the above story:
1. Is there really a Companion of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam called Sheikh Nâriyah?
2. Where the source of the story of the Companions' is? And is there sanad (chain of transmission) it?

As regard to the first point, note that biographies of the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has been getting extra attention from scholars of Islam. So many books they have written to peel biography friends. There are written references to describe the biography of the scholars and their companions after them until the time of the author, those references are written specifically to tell the biography of the friends only. Among the examples of the first model: Hilyatul Saints' by al-Hafiz Abu Nu'aim al-Asfahani (336-430 H) and Tahdzîbul work of al-Hafiz Kamal Abul Hajjaj al-Mizzi (654-742 H). As an example of the second model, such as: al-Istî'âb Fi Ma'rifatil Ash-hab work of al-Haafiz Ibn 'Abd al Bar (368-463 H) and al-Ishâbatu Fi Tamyîzish Shahâbah work of al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani (773-852 H).

After researching various books of the above and also references other biographies, commonly termed the scholars with kutubut tarâjim wa ath-Thabaqat, was not found one of the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam called Nâriyah. In fact, to our knowledge, no one classical scholar who has that name. Then where the person is coming ??

Actually, people are a little accustomed to reading books of Ulama, just by looking at the name along with the 'title' sheikh in the future, will immediately doubt that the person is truly the Prophet's Companions. Because embedding 'title' sheikh in front of the name Friends of -sepengetahuan us- not the custom scholars and also not a term commonly they use, so it feels so strange to the ear.

In conclusion: based on our study, no companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam called Sheikh Nariyah. So the attribution of the blessings of the Companions is necessary to questionable and highly discredited.

As for the second point, very unfortunate author of a paper on the internet does not mention sanad (chain of narration) the story that he is playing, or minimal hinted quoting the reference in the story. Suppose he wants to mention one of the above two things surely we will try to track down the validity of the story, by examining the narrators, or refer to the original book. Or perhaps the above story is the fairy tale writer pens? If yes, then the story is of no value; for fiction, alias story that never happened!

Sadly, in matters relating to religion, not a few Muslims are often swallow a story that he found in any books and the Internet, or the story told by neighbors, friends, teachers and acquaintances, without feeling the need to mengcrosscek validity. As if the story is absolutely true! Yet the reality is often not the case.

To filter out false stories and others, Islam has a privilege that no other religion, namely Islam has sanad (chain of transmission). Such information is conveyed Ibn Hazm (384-456 H) [10] in al-Fishâl and Ibn Taymiyah (661-728 H). [11]

Imam 'Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak (118-181 H) said, "isnad is part of the religion. If there is no isnads, someone will be free to say whatever he pleases." [12]

CONTENT MEANING Shalawat NARIYAH
"Ya Allah, limpahkanlah shalawat perfect and pour regards welfare filled to master our Prophet Muhammad, which causes him all the difficulties can be solved, all the pain can be eliminated, all needs can be met, and all intent coveted and Husnul khatimah can be achieved, and thanks to his glorious the rain fall. Hopefully terlimpahkan to his family and his companions, in every moment and breath as much as the number of all known to you. "

Part of Shalawat Nâriyyah that our bold print that will be observed in this short article. Sentences that contain penisbatan insolubility of all the difficulties, the elimination of all the hardship, ditunaikannya all sorts of intent, the achievement of all desires and Husnul khatimah, to other than Allah Almighty. In this case they mean that doing it all is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. This attribution is a fatal mistake, because contrary to al-Qur'ân and Sunnah, and can deliver the culprit to infidelity. Because, all of these actions, only Allah Almighty in power to do so.

Let us examine the following texts:

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

Who grant (prayer) who is in trouble when he prayed to Him, and eliminate trouble and that makes you (mankind) as a caliph in the earth? Is there a god other than Allah? Quite a few of you remember him! [an-Naml / 27: 62]

In this verse, Allah Almighty reminds that only He was the one who called upon in the event of trouble, and He is also expected to Him for help when the disaster struck. Such information is conveyed Imam Ibn Kathir. [13]

That's why, after Allah Almighty asking questions in the context of denial, "Is there any God but Allah?". It is hinted, wallahu knows best, that people are in trouble and distress and pleading for help to other than Allah Almighty, as if he had made the One who diserunya it as a god 'rival' Allah Almighty. Because no one can grant the request, but only Allah Almighty.

In line with the above verse, the word of Allah Almighty the following:

قل من ينجيكم من ظلمات البر والبحر تدعونه تضرعا وخفية لئن أنجانا من هذه لنكونن من الشاكرين )63( قل الله ينجيكم منها ومن كل كرب ثم أنتم تشركون

Say, "Who can save you from disaster on land and at sea, which you pray to Him with humility and gentle voice (saying), 'Indeed, if He saved us from the (disaster) is, surely we will be people are grateful. "Say," God save you from the disaster and from all kinds of distress. So why do you associate him back ?! ". [Al-An'am / 6: 63-64]

Any favors that is in you, then of Allah was the one (the arrival). And if you are overwritten distress, only to Him (should) you ask for help [an-Nahl / 16: 53]

And many more word of Allah which convey the same verses above, which affirms that any form of goodness in the world and the hereafter, only Allah Almighty alone will bring. As well as all the evils in the world or the Hereafter, only Allah Almighty that keep them from ourselves.

Because of that, we get our Qudwah, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also pointed to always go back to Allah Almighty in all matters.

Let us examine some of the prayer which he read:

اللهم أحسن عاقبتنا في الأمور كلها, وأجرنا من خزي الدنيا وعذاب الآخرة

Ya Allah, make the end of all our affairs well, and save us from the torment of humiliation world and hereafter [HR. Ibn Hibbaan 3/230 no. 949]

O Supreme alive and Yang constantly take care of His creatures, by Thy grace the one I begged for help. Amend throughout my situation, and Thou jadikanku depend on myself, although it was only the blink of an eye [HR. Al-Hakim 1/739 no. 2051]

Ya Allah, your grace was the one I was expecting. So do not make me rely on myself, although it was only the blink of an eye. And reform all over my situation. No one has the right diibadahi but You. [HR. Abu Dawud, 5/204 no. 5090 of Abu Bakrah radi anhu, and deemed valid by Ibn Hibbaan (III / 250 no. 970].

Look at how the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam attributing the whole affair to Allah Almighty, and gave us an example so that always restore everything only to Allah Almighty!. Did he just -although Now and taught his people to rely on him ?! Thus he directed impossible, because he himself said, "Do you (O Allah) made me depend on myself, although it was only the blink of an eye". He exemplifies the practice of resignation are so high, that he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not want to rely on yourself, even if it is only for a moment, the blink of an eye! Why do we not imitate him in this regard and the others?

Observe also the last prayer !. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam closed his prayer with the words tayyibah LA ilaha illallah, which shows -wallahua'lam- that all the above request is a form of worship that should only be offered to Allah Almighty.

READING MEANS Shalawat NARIYAH glorify the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam?
Perhaps this is their last argument to legalize the readings and prayers Nâriyah and other such blessings. On the pretext of the glorification of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, they retain the blessings that deviate from the teachings of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam is. Even worse, there are some of them were trying to impress the layman, that those who criticize shalawat Nâriyah not glorify the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam! This is a follow distortion and should be corrected.

The main problem is to know first that glorify the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is obligatory. And this is one of the major branches of faith. Branch of faith is different from the branch of faith in love with him [14], even higher in rank than the exaltation of love. Because not every who loves something he definitely mengagungkannya. For example, parents love their children, but his passion will only deliver to honor him and do not deliver to mengagungkannya. Differences with the love of a child to his parents, who will deliver to glorify and exalt them both. [15]

Among the rights of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam which must be fulfilled by his people is the glorification, exaltation and respect he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. Exaltation, glorification and respect must exceed glorification, exaltation and respect for a child to parents or slave to his master. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

People who believe in him, honor him, help him and follow the light which is sent down to him (al-Qur'an); they are the lucky ones. [al-A'raf / 7: 157]

There is no difference of opinion among scholars, that what is meant by "breeding" in the paragraph above is exaltation. [16]

The glorification of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam housed in HEART, ORAL AND MEMBERS OF THE BODY [17]
Celebration of the heart means he is convinced that he is the servant and messenger of Allah. This belief causes one mengedepanan affection for the Prophet n dariapda love of self, children, parents and all mankind.

This belief also foster a sense of how grand and authority he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and permeates glory, position and rank high.

The liver is the king of the body, when the glorification of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam strong pierced in the heart, will undoubtedly impact outwardly apparent. Oral will always wet with praise to him sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and said glory-glory. Similarly, members of the body will be subject to run all the guidance he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, obey the law and the teachings he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, as well as to fulfill all their rights.

The glorification of him verbally, that is praise he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam with honors are entitled to have, namely praise Allah and His Messenger n recite to him, without an element of exaggeration or vice versa. And among the greatest compliment is read and prayers for him. [18]

Said al-Halîmy (338-403 H), and prayers to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam means the glorification of him in the world, with lifting his name, revealing his religion and enshrine Sharia. While in the hereafter, referring to the request so that the overflow of merit flowing to him, he shed intercession for his people and his glory with al-Maqam al-Mahmud evident [19].

Including verbal forms of exaltation with which civilized when we refer to him by word of mouth. The trick is to unite his name with the title of the Prophet or Messenger of Allah, and ends with blessings to him. Allah Almighty says:

Thou shalt not make a call the Messenger of you like to call most of you to others. [Al-Nur / 24: 63]

That's why the friends are always calling the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam with the call, "O Messenger of Allah!" or "O Prophet of Allaah Ibraaheem!".

Also should mention his name covered with blessings; "shallallahu'alaihi wa sallam" not only by the acronym SAW or the like. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

البخيل الذي من ذكرت عنده فلم يصل علي

People who are stingy when my name was the one who called him, he did not bershalawat me. [HR. Tirmidhi, no. 3546 of Ali bin Abi Talib radi anhu. At-Tirmidhi rahimahullah stated this hadith "Hasan valid gharib"].

Including verbal forms of glorification with that also mentions the virtues he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, privileges and miracles sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. Introduce sunnah he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to the public, reminding them of the position and the rights he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, taught them morals and noble qualities he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Tells the history of life he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and make it as a compliment, either with verses of poetry or not, but the terms do not exceed the limits of the provisions of Shari'a, such as excessive exaltation and the like.

While the exaltation of the members of the body, meaning the practice of law he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, follow the example of Sunnah, to follow his orders physically and spiritually strong and stick with it. Rida and sincere with rules that he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam brought, trying to spread tuntunannya, defending the Sunnah, against those who oppose love and hatred and to build on it.

Stay away from all that is forbidden he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, not menyelisihi orders and repent and beristighfar when lapsed into irregularities.

"Obedience to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is a consequence of faith in him and belief in the truth he brought from Allah, because he was not ordered or banning of anything, but with the permission of Allah. As in His word:

وما أرسلنا من رسول إلا ليطاع بإذن الله

We sent not a Messenger, but to be obeyed by permission of Allah. [An-Nisa '/ 4: 64]

And the meaning of obedience to the Messenger is running away from his commandments and prohibitions. "[20]

The conclusion is that the ultimate exaltation of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam summed up in four sentences that believe the news that comes from him, obeying his orders, away from the ban and worship in a manner that disyariatkannya. [21]

Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam PROHIBIT THE US TO EXCESSIVE IN MENGAGUNGKANNYA
Broadly speaking, Allah Almighty has forbidden us from the excesses of religion, both in belief, speech and deeds. As in the Qur'an an-Nisa '/ 4: 171.

And our Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has banned specifically of exaggerations in the compliment. As in his saying,

You should not go overboard in praising me as the Christians exaggerated in praising Jesus, son of Mary. Indeed I am only his servant, then say, "(Muhammad is) the servant of Allah and His Messenger" [HR. Bukhari (6/478 no. 3445 -al-Fath) of Umar bin Khatthab radi anhu]

And our Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also deny his companions excessive in praise he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, for fear that they will be exceeded, so the fall in the forbidden. Also in order to maintain the purity of monotheism, so as not tainted with dirt polytheism and heresy. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam very cautious in anticipating it, even sampaipun of things that perhaps are not considered shirk or heresy.

Anas bin Malik radi anhu tells the story,

(One day) there was someone who said, "O Muhammad, O Sayyiduna (our leader), son of Sayyidina, O the best among us, the son of the best man among us!". Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied, "O our people, Fear ye! Do not let the devil mislead you. I am Muhammad bin Abdullah; a servant of Allah and His Messenger. For the sake of Allah, I do not like you guys lift exceeds the position that has been Allâh specify for me". [HR. Ahmad (20/23 no. 12 551) and deemed valid by adh-Dhiya 'al-Maqdisy (5/25 no. 1627) and Ibn Hibbaan (14/133 no. 6240].

With the above description, Hopefully it has been seen clearly, which forms exaltation commendable and which are despicable form of glorification.

The author of this paper closes with advice delivered Ibn Hajar al-Haitamy (909-974 H), when he explained that the glorification of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam with something that should exist and that allowed their argument, not to exceed these limits.

He said, "Mandatory for everyone to not glorify the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam except with something which Allah allowed for his people, which is something that deserves to human kind. Indeed exceed these limits will plunge to disbelief, na'udzubillahi min dzalik. Even beyond anything that has been prescribed, the origin would result in a deviation. So we should be satisfied with something that is no argument. "[22]

He rahimahullah added, "There are two obligations which must be met:

First, the obligation to glorify the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and raised in rank above all creatures.

Secondly, mentauhidkan Allah Almighty and believe that Allah Almighty in His Essence and deeds over all His creatures. Anyone who believes that a creature accompanies Allah in it; then he has committed shirk. And whoever demeaning the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam below degrees (which seharus) it then he has committed immoral or pagan.

But whoever exalts him with various kinds of exaltation and not to emulate something that is a specificity of Allah, then he has reached the truth, and managed to keep the dimension of divinity and apostolic. This is the ideology that does not contain elements of extreme or vice versa. "[23] Allaah knows best

Shalawat NARIYAH IN WEIGHTS

By
Ustadz Abdullah Zaen, Lc, MA

VIRTUE OF READING Shalawat
One particular practice in Islam promised reward manifold is read blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

Allah Almighty praised he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in front of them, so are they bershalawat told he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

SINCERE AND IMITATION RASUL sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam IN BERSHALAWAT
From the above, it seems so obvious that reading shalawat is worship prescribed in Islam.

Ikhlas in bershalawat means:
1. Only expect the pleasure of Allah Almighty and reward from Him.

Imitate the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in bershalawat, maksdunya:
1. Modeled shalawat taught him and do not exceed the limits that entered the realm ghuluw (exaggerations) and lafaz shirk.
2. Bershalawat to him at moments that he syariatkan. [5]

Shalawat NARIYAH IN WEIGHTS
Among Muslims in Indonesia, so many blessings scattered text. Such as, shalawat Fatih, Munjiyât blessings, blessings Thibbul Qulub, shalawat Wahidiyyah, and -not forgetting us- shalawat Nâriyyah spotlight.

Surat Al-Ahzab: 56
Bershalawat command to the Prophet and his family
Allah Almighty says:
"Verily Allah and His angels bershalawat to the Prophet; O those who believe, bershalawatlah you to him and say hello to him. "(Al-Ahzab / 33: 56)
Scholars of the school of Ahlul the temple (sa) agreed that this verse was revealed to affirm the right of the Prophet and the Ahlul baitnya (sa), which orders bershalawat to them and how bershalawat. Ulama Ahl also agreed except for just a few authors.
How to bershalawat
In Saheeh Bukhari, a prayer book, chapter bershalawat to the Prophet:
Abdurrahman ibn Abi Layli said Ka'b bin Ujrah meet me and said: Do not you be rewarded? The Prophet came to us, then we say: Yes Rasulallah, you have taught us how to say hello to you, then how bershalawat to you? He replied: You say:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد, كما صليت على آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد, اللهم بارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد, كما باركت على إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to the family of Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Exalted. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Exalted.
In Shihih Bukhari, book of commentary, chapter this verse:
Abu Said Al-Khudri said, we say: Yes Rasulallah, this is a way to say hello to you, then how bershalawat to you? He replied: You say:
اللهم صل على محمد عبدك ورسولك كما صليت على آل إبراهيم, وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad Your servant and Messenger Thy blessings as you convey to the family of Ibrahim, and bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim.
Sahih Muslim, book of blessings on the Prophet after tasyahhud:
Abu Mas'ud Al-Ansari said: Prophet never came to us when we are in the majlis Sa'd bin Ubadah. Then Bashir bin Sa'd said to him: Allah Almighty ordered us that you bershalawat Rasulallah yes, then how do we bershalawat to you? Then he was silent, he seemed to want us not to ask about it. Then he said: You say:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على آل إبراهم, وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على آل إبراهيم في العالمين إنك حميد مجيد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to the family of Ibrahim, and bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed the family of Abraham in the universe, verily Thou Praised and Exalted.
Sunan An-Nasa'i 1/190, chapter 52, Hadith 1289 to:
Musa ibn Talha from his father, he said, we said, yes Rasulallah, how bershalawat to you? He replied: You say:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم وآل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد, وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم وآل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to Abraham and the family of Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Glory; bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Exalted.
Sunan An-Nasa'i 1: 190, chapter 52, Hadith 1291 to:
Musa bin Talha said, I asked Zaid bin Kharijah, he said, I once asked the Prophet. Then he said: Bershalawatlah you mean to me, and behold, it was you in prayer, and you say:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
Saheeh Ibn Majah 65, the book of prayers, blessings chapter to the Prophet, the Hadith to 906:
Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: If you bershalawat to the Prophet, should you fix blessings to him, because you do not know that it is obligatory and prayers. Then say to him, taught us (about how bershalawat). He said: you say:
اللهم اجعل صلاتك ورحمتك وبركاتك على سيد المرسلين. اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد, اللهم بارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد
O God, pour out blessings on you, your grace and your blessings to the prince of the Apostles. O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to Abraham and the family of Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Exalted. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, verily You are Praiseworthy and Exalted.
Fath Bari 13: 441, prayer book, chapter 32, Hadith 6358 to:
Abu Hurairah said that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever these blessings, on the last day I will be a witness for him and intercede to him:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم, وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم, وترحم على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما ترحمت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to Abraham and the family of Ibrahim, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, dear Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You loved Abraham and the family of Ibrahim.
Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi'i narrated in his Musnad:
Abu Hurairah asked the Prophet: O Messenger of Allah, how do we bershalawat to you? The Prophet replied: you say:
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد كما صليت على ابراهيم وبارك على محمد وآل محمد كما باركت على ابراهيم وآل ابراهيم, ثم تسلمون علي
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you convey blessings to Abraham and the family of Ibrahim, and bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Abraham; then say hello to me. (Musnad, vol 2, page 97).
Ash-Sha'iqul Muhriqah, p 144:
Ibn Hajar narrated that Ka'b bin Ujrah say when this verse down we asked the Prophet: Yes Rasulallah, we already know how to say hello to you, but how bershalawat to you. The Prophet replied: you say:
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Then he said: Do not you bershalawat me with blessings that Batra '(butts). Then the companions asked: What blessings are Batra 'it. He replied: You just say:
اللهم صل على محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad. However, you should say:
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
Al-Qurtubi in his commentary mentions some of the history that this verse is imperative to include Ahlul temple when bershalawat to the Prophet. (Al-Jami 'li-Ahkamil Qur'an 14: 233 and 234).
Ibn al-Arabi al-Andalusi al-Maliki also mentioned some of the history that this verse was revealed to assert the rights of the Prophet and his family are sacred (sa). (Ahkamul Qur'an 2: 84).
Jabir (ra) said: If you were praying and did not bershalawat to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, then I do not see prayer acceptable. (Dzakhairul Uqba: 19).
Al-Qadi 'Iyad narrated in the ash-Shifa', from Ibn Mas'ud that the Prophet said: "Whoever is doing the prayer and the prayer is read blessings on me and Ahlul baitku, then his prayer is not accepted." (Al-Ghadir 2: 303).
Ibn Hajar mengatakatan: Ad-Daruquthni and Al-Bayhaqi narrated that the Prophet said: "Whoever did the prayer and the prayer is read blessings on me and Ahlul baitku, then his prayer is not accepted." (Ash-Shawaiqul Muhriqah: 139).
Ar-Razi said: Prayer for the family of the Prophet show the greatness of their position, because the prayer is placed at the end Tasyahhud in prayer, namely: Allahumma Shalli 'ala Muhammad wa Ali Muhammad, Warham Muhammadan wa ala Muhammad (O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and the care of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad). This exaltation will not be obtained in addition to the family of Muhammad. This indicates that the family loves Muhammad is mandatory. The majesty of the temple of the Prophet's Ahlul position contained in five things: Tasyahhud in prayer, peace, purity, Prohibition alms for them, and the obligation to love them. In Sunan Al-Daraqutni 136, the book of prayers, blessings obligation chapter in tasyahhud, Hadith to 6:

كفا كم من عظيم القدر انكم من لم يصل عليكم لا صلاة له

Suffice majesty of your position
people who do not bershalawat to you (in prayer)
his prayer is not valid.

Prayer will not diijabah without shalawat
In Kanzul Ummal 1: 173, chapter 2 Adab Prayer:
No prayer is nothing unless there hijab (barrier) between prayer and God that was read and prayers. When the blessings recited, then the hijab robeklah and came prayer to Allah. And if it is not read out blessings, then go back to prayer.
This statement is narrated by Ad-Daylami of Ali bin Abi Talib (sa).
In Ash-Shawaiq Al-Muhriqah haaman 88:
Ad-Daylami narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
الدعاء محجوب حتى يصلى على محمد وأهل بيته, اللهم صل على محمد وآله
"Prayer will terhijabi so recited blessings to Muhammad and Ahl baitnya, namely: Convey blessings to Muhammad and his family."
In Faydh Al-Qadhir 5: 19, Hadith 6303 to:
Ali ibn Abi Talib (sa) said:
كل دعاء محجوب حتى يصلى على محمد وآل محمد
"All the prayers will be hindered so recited blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad."
Al-Haitsami said: The characters of these traditions can be trusted.
Al-muttaqi Al-Hindi also mentions in his book Kanzul Ummal 1/314, quoting from Ubaidullah bin Abi Hafs al-'Aysyi. Abdul Qadir Al-Rahawi mentioned in Al-Arbain, Ath-Thabrani in Al-Kabir, Al-Bayhaqi in Al-Iman Syu'b.
In Faydh Al-Qadir 3: 543:
Shaykh narrated Abu Ali ibn Abi Talib (sa):
"Prayer will terhijabi of God so recited blessings to Muhammad and Ahl stanzas."
This hadith is also narrated by al-Bayhaqi from Ash-Sya'b, At-Tirmidhi from Ibn Umar.
In Kanzul Ummal 1: 181:
Messenger of Allah said to Ali ibn Abi Talib (sa): If dejected by a problem, read:
اللهم احرسني بعينك التي لا تنام, واكنفني بكنفك الذي لا يرام. أسألك أن تصلي على محمد وعلى آل محمد, وبك أدرأ في نحور الأعداء والجبابرة
"O Allah, keep me in your eyes that never sleep, and keep me with thy fortress that was never destroyed. I pray to Thee to convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, with you I take refuge from my enemies hostility and arrogant people. "
Ali, Fatimah, Hasan and Husayn (sa) is the family of the Prophet
In Musnad Ahmad 6: 324, hadith to 26 206:
Umm Salam said that the Messenger of Allah said to Fatima (sa): "Bring me your husband and your two sons." Then Fatima (sa) together they came to the Prophet. Then he their umbrella with a cloth purse 'and put his hands on them, and then said:
اللهم إن هؤلاء آل محمد, فاجعل صلواتك وبركاتك على محمد وعلى آل محمد إنك حميد مجيد
"O Allah, they are the family of Muhammad, pour Thy blessings and Thy blessing to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad verily Thou Praised and Exalted."
Umm Salamah said: Then I lifted the cloth purse 'is to gather around them, and then pull the cloth purse Prophet' it (prohibiting entry into the fabric purse ') and said: "You are a good person."
In Al-Hakim Mustadrak 3: 147, book ma'rifah Shahabah:
Abdullah bin Ja'far bin Abi Talib said: When the Prophet saw the grace of God go down, he said: "Bring me, bring me." Shafiyah ask: Who is Allah's Apostle? He replied: "Ahlul baitku, namely Ali, Fatima, al-Hasan and al-Husayn." Then they came to the Prophet, then he is an umbrella for them with a cloth purse ', and then pray with his hands raised:
اللهم هؤلاء آلي, فصل على محمد وعلى آل محمد
"O Allah, they are my family, pour blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad." Then Allah Almighty lowering the Surah Al-Ahzab: 33.
Al-Hakim said this tradition is authentic according to the terms Bukhari and Muslim.
And that convey the same hadith is also contained in:
1. Kanzul Ummal, al-muttaqi Al-Hindi, Volume 7 page 103, chapter Fadhail Ahlul bait, Hadith to 37 629.
2. abstruse Al-Atsar, Ath-Thahawi, volume 1 page 334.

5. Majma 'Az-Zawaid, Al-Haitsami, vol 9 page 167, chapter Ahlul virtue temple (sa).
Shalawat ban Batra '(interrupted)
Shalawat ba'tra 'is shalawat that does not include the family of the Prophet in bershalawat him.
In Ash-Shawaiq Al-Muhriqah 87, chapter 11:
Ibn Hajar said that the Prophet said: "Do you bershalawat me with blessings Batra '." Then the companions asked: Is Batra shalawat' it? The Prophet replied: You just say:
اللهم صل على محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad. But you should say:
اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد
O Allah, convey blessings to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

Here there is a surprising thing: Why Muslims generally bershalawat to the Prophet with blessings Batra 'ie sallallaahu' alayhi wa sallam (may Allah pour out blessings and greetings to Muhammad). Though the scholars and priests hadith experts of Ahl has narrated traditions that the prayer was not diijabah without bershalawat to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, prayers are not accepted without bershalawat to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, how bershalawat to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and hadis- Hadith that the Prophet forbade bershalawat with shalawat Batra '(disconnected).
