In recent weeks much protest (demonstration) beef sellers in some markets in Inonesia, they protested in  strike (not sell) the meat as a protest to government  who failed to control the price of beef, so the price of beef cattle in the market soaring , so they lack the buyer.

Apparently because ahead of Eid al-Adha (Feast of the pilgrimage), many traders or cattle farmers to hold their cattle immediately cut and sold in the market.

They hold their cows and will be off ahead of the Eid al-Adha, as is usually the price of a cow, a goat (sheep) before the feast of sacrifice (Eid al Adha) the price of animals that would soar.

Now that the Minister of Trade removed to a newly manister, beef prices back down (normal) and traders re-sell.

However, the problem subsides beef, another problem arises now, traders demonstrating chicken (strike) does not sell chicken, because chicken meat prices soaring, so merchants chicken shortage of buyers.

Beef and chicken are more popular than the flesh of the fish, while vast oceans in Indonesia far exceeds the land area.

Potential fish was outstanding, but the fishermen because of weak ability, does not have enough ships and the government is very less build a fish market, then most people rely more on consumption of meat protein (beef, lamb and chicken), while fish has not been popular.

As a result of the fishermen to grow and advance, that's why a lot of fish in the ocean much is taken (stolen) foreign fishermen, both legally pick (licensed) and illegal (stealing).

According to the Minister of Marine Susi, the potential of sea fish in Indonesia were stolen foreign fishermen worth Rp 300 trillion per year.

If the government had budgeted state spending enough to help fishermen buy fishing boats and equipment, built many special fish market (refrigerated, so that the fish durable)

The government also continues to campaign that healthy fish protein (non-cholesterol) compared to mutton, beef and chicken.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has given all that is on this earth for human use, as a form of grace and the gift of his very large and spacious. Allah Almighty says:

ألم تروا أن الله سخر لكم ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وأسبغ عليكم نعمه ظاهرة وباطنة ومن الناس من يجادل في الله بغير علم ولا هدى ولا كتاب منير

Do you not see that Allah has subjected to (interest) you everything in the heavens and on earth, and you His favors outwardly and inwardly. and in between there is a dispute about the man (oneness) of Allah without knowledge or guidance, and without the enlightening book. [Luqman / 31: 20].

Among pleasure and grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that there is on earth is ocean, which attribute to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala in His word:

وهو الذي سخر البحر لتأكلوا منه لحما طريا وتستخرجوا منه حلية تلبسونها وترى الفلك مواخر فيه ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

And He it is, Allâh is subjecting the ocean (you), that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh (fish), and you pull out from the sea of ​​jewelry you wear; and you see the ark sail her, and that ye look for (profit) of His Bounty, and that ye may be grateful. [An-Nahl / 16: 14]

The oceans have urgency in human life, which becomes a means of sailing ships that bring benefits to them. Also in the ocean contains an invaluable wealth in the form of minerals, marine animals and other precious stones as well as the needs of humans.

Moreover, the future is now increasingly felt the urgency of ocean with many people turning in exploring and exploiting marine wealth contained therein. So many human attachments with ocean currents push every Muslim to know the law and the Islamic view of the ocean.

DIVINE GIFT OF AN OCEAN MAMNAFAAT

Oceans including signs of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and the wonders of His creation. The oceans contain great benefits that are beneficial to the creature as a form of grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to them. Among the benefits of the oceans are:

1. Allah subjected undulating ocean waves and make it easy for His servants so that they are able to wade in and benefit from the womb like catching fish. Also they are able to utilize the oceans to reach areas that separated the ocean.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to explain this great favor in many verses in al-Qur'an, as in his words:

وهو الذي سخر البحر لتأكلوا منه لحما طريا

And He it is, Allâh is subjecting the ocean (you), that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh (fish), [an-Nahl / 16: 14]

Word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وآية لهم أنا حملنا ذريتهم في الفلك المشحون )41( وخلقنا لهم من مثله ما يركبون

And a sign (the greatness of Allah is great) for them is that We carried their offspring in the laden ark. And We have created for them will they drive like the ark. [Yasin / 36: 41-42]

His words also:

الله الذي سخر لكم البحر لتجري الفلك فيه بأمره ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

Allah was the one who beat the ocean for you so that ships can sail her with his permission, and that ye may seek His grace and hope you are grateful. [Al-Jatsiyah / 45: 12]

Among the forms of convenience that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala give here is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala withstand sea water with power and his will so as not to exceed the earth and sink. [See Miftah Dar al-Sa'adah 1/210]

2. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala provide facilities for ships to split the ocean waves with a fierce front end. The ships are sailing hit the water and floating on top of the heavy burden it carries. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that give directions to His servants to make ships and their membinbing as inherited forms of Noah, since he is the first to make boats and ships and use them. [See Tafsir Ibn Kathir 4/481].

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has explained favor splitting the ships sailing in rough seas in several passages, as in the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وخلقنا لهم من مثله ما يركبون )42( وإن نشأ نغرقهم فلا صريخ لهم ولا هم ينقذون

And We have created for them will they drive like the ark. And if We willed We drowned them, then tiadalah for their helper, nor will they be saved. [Yasin / 36: 42-43]

Also the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وسخر لكم الفلك لتجري في البحر بأمره وسخر لكم الأنهار

And He has subjected to you that the ark ark, sail through the sea by His will, and He has subjected (also) for you rivers. [Ibrahim / 14: 32]

As well as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وترى الفلك مواخر فيه ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

And you see the ark sail her, and that ye look for (profit) of His Bounty, and that ye may be grateful. [An-Nahl / 16: 14]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala express this as a favor from Him. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ألم تر أن الفلك تجري في البحر بنعمت الله ليريكم من آياته

Did you notice that Lo was a seagoing vessel with favors of Allah, so that is shown to you His party of the signs (of power) His. [Luqman / 31: 31]

3. Permitted and dihalalkannya catch and marine animals such as fish and others either still alive or already finished carcass, either in a state of not berihram and being berihram. (See Tafsir Ibn Kathir 4/480). As the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

أحل لكم صيد البحر وطعامه متاعا لكم وللسيارة

Permitted to you game sea and food (which came) from the sea as a delicious meal for you, and for those in transit. [Al-Maidah / 5: 96]

Among the grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to creatures of the oceans is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala created dilautan fresh meat of fish and other than for food. Characterized by a fresh word; because the meat is perishable and should be eaten immediately, fearing damaged.

Similarly, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala explain this favor in some verses, diantranya:

وهو الذي سخر البحر لتأكلوا منه لحما طريا

And He it is, Allâh is subjecting the ocean (you), that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh (fish) [an-Nahl / 16: 14].

4. Obtained and release the contents of the oceans in the form of jewelry and have delivered Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala about this grace in several passages, such as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

يخرج منهما اللؤلؤ والمرجان

Of them come pearls and marjan [ar-Rahman / 55: 22]

Word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

ومن كل تأكلون لحما طريا وتستخرجون حلية تلبسونها

And from each of the sea you can eat fresh meat and you can remove the jewelry that you can wear it. [Fatir / 35: 12]

Jewellery referred to in this paragraph include pearls, Marjan and all human beings are used to decorate the oceans of the content.

5. Means seek the virtue of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that is by the seas to trade for profit, and the whole purpose of man. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has menghalalkannya and enable people with this favor. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

وترى الفلك مواخر فيه ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

And you see the ark sail her, and that ye look for (profit) of His Bounty, and that ye may be grateful. [An-Nahl / 16: 14].

The point is that you across the sea to trade in order to make a profit from the grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. If you get the virtue of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and His goodness, I hope you can give thanks to Allah Almighty.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala repeated explanation of these favors in some verses in al-Qur'an, as in the letter al-Baqarah, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

والفلك التي تجري في البحر بما ينفع الناس

Seagoing ships that bring what is useful for humans. [Al-Baqarah / 2: 164]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala also says in Surah al-Jatsiyah:

الله الذي سخر لكم البحر لتجري الفلك فيه بأمره ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

Allah who subdued the seas for you so that ships can sail her with his permission, and that ye may seek His grace and hope you are grateful. [Al-Jatsiyah / 45: 12].

Also the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

ربكم الذي يزجي لكم الفلك في البحر لتبتغوا من فضله إنه كان بكم رحيما

Thy Lord is He that ships in the sea for you, so that you may seek of His bounty sebahagian. He is the Most Merciful to you. [Al-Isra` / 17: 66]

As well as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

ولتجري الفلك بأمره ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون

ships may sail by His Command and (also) that ye may seek of His bounty; easy-mudahn you are grateful. [Ar-Rum / 30: 49]

Such is the grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala for His servants to the sea and what it implies that has been described in al-Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Hope it is useful.
