Five killed, 29 injured in combat in the Philippines
Three Muslim militants and two soldiers were killed Friday in a shootout between soldiers and all day the Abu Sayyaf, related to Al-Qaeda, which is blamed for the kidnapping and beheading in the southern Philippines, the military said.
