A man accused of arranging the murder of his wife when the honeymoon will appear in court in South Africa .

The Bristol businessman extradited from the UK on Monday ( 07 / 04 ) after three years of legal efforts so as not to be sent to the World Cup .

He is expected to be present in the Western Cape High Court at 11:30 am local time .

Mrs Dewani family are stateless Sweden welcomed the extradition . They are expected to be present at the hearing .

In such event , Dewani confessed he and his wife were arrested at gunpoint on the way in a taxi in the township of Gugulethu near Cape Town .
He was thrown from the car during the night and Mrs Dewani 's body was found the next day , with a gunshot wound on his neck .
