Soldiers Ivan Lopez ( 34 ) on Wednesday killed three people in the U.S. military base , Fort Hood , Texas , before he committed suicide .
The shooting blindly it is the third time this has happened in Killeen , where Fort Hood is located city .
Lopez -blooded Puerto Rican , otherwise experiencing psychiatric problems .
Last year , when his mother died in Puerto Rico , the U.S. army corps only gave Lopez a day to attend the funeral of the person who gave birth to it .
His mother set in the nursing profession , died in the town of Guayanilla , Puerto Rico in October of last year , shortly after Lopez 's grandfather died .
" At that time he was furious . They only gave him 24 hours . He was with his mother . His mother is a good person and everyone knows , " said Mayor Guayanilla , Edgardo Arlequin told Reuters .
Lopez performed motive is not yet known but authorities said that before the incident he quarrels with his fellow soldiers .

He then entered the military service of the national army in the 1999 Puerto Rican infantry unit .
Subsequently in 2008 he joined the U.S. Army .
Lopez served as a truck driver in Iraq in 2011 .
He never engaged in combat and not be injured in Iraq , it was raised by Secretary of the Army John McHugh .

Lopez entered the Fort Hood in February this year .
He lives with his wife and 2 year old daughter in a simple apartment in Killeen .
Fort Hood Commander Lt. Gen. Mark Milley said Lopez never " self- reported " traumatic brain injury after returning from Iraq .
Before the shooting incident , he was undergoing examination for PTSD ( posttraumatic stress disorder ) .
" We have very strong evidence that he had a medical history that indicates an unstable mental or psychological problem , " said Milley .
On the other hand , neighbors say there's nothing strange about Lopez and his family .
" I never heard them quarrel or other bad things . I do not see any sign that he had something , " said Noah Georges ( 33 ) .
Georges Lopez is a neighbor when he was on duty at the base of Fort Bliss and lived in El Paso .
Neighbors Lopez in Killeen , Mahogoney Jones ( 21 ) , said Lopez was home for lunch on the day of the shooting .
" He's relaxed , he patted my dog and then back to the base , " said Jones .
Fort Hood is the largest Army bases in the United States .
Event firing blindly that occurred on Wednesday was the third time that happened in Killeen or Fort Hood .
In 2009 , Major Nidal Hasan shot dead 13 people and wounded 32 others at the base .
In 1991 , George Hennard , who had two years of service in the U.S. Navy , the vehicle crashed into a restaurant in Killeen and fired indiscriminately , killing 23 people .
The case became the shelling of civilians the most severe in the United States .
