"True, there is a rule like that, because we want to avoid political dynasties," said Hidayat, when contacted, Friday (12/04/2013).

He explained that political dynasties should not happen because of a barrier for the development of cadres and achieve a healthy government. "Additionally, we are cadre based party. With no political dynasty will provide another opportunity for volunteers to come forward as a candidate," he said.

"In addition, if both parents elected to Parliament, Council or Parliament simultaneously, it is concerned that the development of children being neglected," said Hidayat.

He also added that the MCC cadres who serves as a public official, is also forbidden to run forward as candidates. "The point is the same, to avoid political dynasties," he said.

Meanwhile, related to women's equality in pencalegan according to the rules in Article 27 paragraph 2 letter b PKPU No. 7 of 2013, Hidayat said the current MCC women cadres at the central level has reached 37 percent, while at the regional level reached 36 percent. "In the center there is a whole list of about 480 cadres, in which as many as 163 of them women cadre," he said.
