"All the programs and the budget turned out to be corrupted and abused. And, we are powerless to resist. Bureaucracy of our government justify as a corrupt bureaucracy, the bureaucracy is not serving," said the former Chairman of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD Science Society received the award during the Government of Indonesia (MIPI) in Jakarta, Saturday (25/05/2013) night.
