Euthanasia: Suicide, according to Islamic law

Unfinished journey (178)

(Part one hundred and seventy-eight, Depok, West Java, Indonesia, January 7, 2015, 5:56 pm)

Euthanasia: Suicide, according to Islamic law

Van den Bleeken a prisoner in Belgium asked the government to allow the Belgian Euthanasia conducted a doctor, it means allowing a doctor to inject certain drugs, so Van den Bleeken die, without pain.

Walauun Belgis government does not allow the request. So whether euthanasia is justified according to Islamic law. Obviously Euthanasia is categorized as suicide, as did a man who committed suicide drinking liquid insecticide, or someone who committed suicide by jumping off the 20th floor of an apartment, or acts that have entered the category of suicide such as smoking, which according to the Muhammadiyah fatwa and Salafis considered haraam, because it is considered mudharatnya because diannggap slow suicide through lung cancer, heart disease and a variety of causes.

Van den Bleeken prohibited undergo euthanasia

Frank Van Den Bleeken had received permission to commit suicide with the help of a doctor.

A male prisoners in Belgium are serving a life sentence for rape and murder are not allowed to commit suicide with the help of a doctor.
Justice Minister Koen geens said he respected the advice of the doctors who deal with Frank Van den Bleeken, which are not able to control sexual violence needs.

However geens decided Van den Bleeken will be moved to a new psychiatric treatment center.

Van den Bleeken request for euthanasia-or suicide with the help of others-granted by the Belgian Federal Euthanasia Commission in September last year after Van den Bleeken proposed for several years.

Belgium is one of three countries that allow euthanasia for people who suffer from deadly diseases. Last year Belgium even allow euthanasia for children.

Prison in Brugge, Belgium
Prison in Brugge, where Van den Bleeken admitted sitting in his cell for 24 hours a day.

But Van den Bleeken case is the first involving custody since legislation helps death passed 12 years ago.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice told the BBC that the doctor who plans to perform euthanasia on Van den Bleeken on January 11, has resigned not not want to get involved again in that case.
Van den Bleeken, 52, was convicted in the 1980s for a series of sexual assault and murder.

He said rather die than spend all his life in prison.
"I was in a cell for 24 hours a day. That's my life. I do not think people here. What should I do? Do I have to sit here and waste time? What's the point," said Van den Bleeken in a TV interview on year 2013.

Great Sin Suicide

JUL 2010 NURSHAM-NURFATEH

One story I was in an uproar during the lift. A Chinese man has plunged from a flat rate of 12 kat family where I sit now ni. Not too sure why he acted so.

We leave the horror stories. In this case, Islam is very appreciative of the human soul.

"And sesiapa who kills a believer intentionally, then the reward is hell, to abide therein, and Allah's wrath and melaknatnya him and provide him great seksa doom."
(An-Nisa '93)

With respect, sin kills the soul including suicide is a major sin that will receive doom.

"Do not you all kill the soul-soul. Verily Allah was always pity on you. "
(An-Nisa '29)

Whatever the reason and how to kill yourself like drinking poison, hanged himself, a tall waterfall, injuring himself and for instance the law remains unclean and the culprit will be eternally in hell.

A hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim instead of Abu Hurayrah, rather than the Prophet SAW said:

"Whoever kills himself with an iron, the iron hand will stab it into his belly in hell and eternal in it. Anyone who drank poison to kill himself, then he drank poison was in hell and eternal in it. And those who threw himself from the mountain to kill himself in hell and dwell therein. "

Usually people who do the damned case caused upset or unable to take the exam life or for instance. No matter how severe the test are overwritten, as a believer let face it patiently. Allah says in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 45 that intends to:

"And ask for help (to God) with the patient and do prayer ..."

Likewise, the same sura 214 verses mean:

"Are you sure you should think THAT will enter heaven, but have not come to you (exams and cubaan) as already applies to people who earlier than you? They've overwritten destitution (obliteration of property), and disease, and shaken (by the danger of the enemy) until well said to the Messenger and those who believe that there is along: "When (the coming of) the help of Allah?" Know, verily Allah's help close (provided you adhere to the religion of Allah). "

SICK AND DISASTER WILL ERASE SIN FOR A MUSLIM

Know, O brother may Allah have mercy on us all-has been the provision of Allah Almighty that every man must have experienced pain and tragedy in his life. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says:

"Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, lack of wealth, lives and fruits. And give glad tidings to those who patiently, (ie) those who, when misfortune befalls them say 'wa Inna lillaahi innaa ilaihi roji'uun'. Were the ones who got a perfect blessing and mercy from their Lord, and they are the ones that receive guidance. "(QS. Al-Baqaroh: 155-157).

Pain and calamities that befall a believer of wisdom which is the grace of Allah Ta'ala. Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said: "If we can explore the wisdom of God contained in the creation and his affairs, it is not less than the thousands of lessons. However, we are very limited sense, we too little knowledge and science of all beings would be futile when compared with the knowledge of God, as the lights were in vain under the sun. And this is only approximately, which is actually more than just a picture of this ". (Shifa-ul Allyl fi Masail Qadha Lessons wa wa wal Qadar Ta'lil case 452).

In addressing the pain and tragedy, here are some principles that should be the handle of a Muslim:

1. Sickness and Accidents is Providence of God Almighty

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

"No misfortune can happen on earth and (nor) in yourselves but it is inscribed in the Book (Lawh Mahfuz) before We bring it. Verily it is easy for Allah ". (QS. Al-Hadid: 22).

"There is something that happened to someone musibahpun but with the permission of God" (QS. At-Taghaabun: 11).

Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam said: "Allaah has set all the destiny of all creatures from fifty thousand years before God created the heavens and the earth". (HR. Muslim, no. 2653).

2. Pain and Calamity is Eraser Sin

This is important because the wisdom of the revelation of pain and tragedy. And wisdom is unfortunately not widely known by our brothers and sisters afflicted. Often we hear the man when disaster struck ill and even berate, lamented, even worse lament the fate and destiny prejudice with God. Nauzubillah, we seek refuge in Allah from such actions. In fact, if they know the wisdom behind all of it, then -insya God-sickness and misfortune was light due to the abundance of grace and mercy of Allah Ta'ala.

Wisdom behind pain and misfortune explained Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, in which he said:

"It is not a Muslim struck a disease and the like, but God will be with prejudice the sins such as prejudice the tree leaves".

(HR. Bukhari no. 5660 and Muslim, no. 2571).

"It is not a Muslim man weariness, sickness, sorrow, sadness, disturbance, kegundah-gulanan up thorns pierced, but God will eliminate some of the mistakes". (HR. Bukhari no. 5641).

"It strikes a believer continuous pain, exhaustion, illness, and also sadness, even distress that troubled him, but will be abolished with his sins". (HR. Muslim, no. 2573).

"Disasters always override the believers and mukminah on him, his son and his property, so he met with God in a state of no fault in him".

(HR. Tirmidhi, no. 2399, Ahmad II / 450, al-Hakim I / 346 and IV / 314, Ibn Hibban no. 697, dishohihkan Sheikh Albani in the book Mawaaridizh Zham-aan no. 576).

"Verily Allah will really test His servants with the disease, so he canceled every sin from him".

(HR. Al-Hakim I / 348, dishohihkan Sheikh Albani in Saheeh book Jami'is Shoghir no.1870).

"It is not a Muslim thorn or more than that, but because it's set for him by one degree and also eliminated the errors from him". (HR. Muslim, no. 2572).

"The fever Ill keep everyone believer from hell". (HR. Al-Bazzar, dishohihkan Shaykh al-Albani in Genealogy book Hadiits ash Shohihah no. 1821).

"Do not berate fever, because the real (with the disease) God will wash away the sins of the son of Adam as a furnace removes the impurities of iron". (HR. Muslim, no. 2575).

However, if a believer is overwritten an illness not negate effort (effort) for treatment. Shallalllahu Prophet alaihi wa sallam said: "Allah does not reduce disease but surely lowering medicine". (HR. Bukhari no. 5678). And which need to be considered in this treatment is to avoid of ways religiously forbidden as visiting shamans, psychics, 'smart people', and the like are often packaged with the label 'alternative medicine'. In addition, the treatment is also not allowed to wear forbidden objects such as blood, khamr, carcasses and so on because it has no ban on shallalllahu Prophet alaihi wa sallam who said:

"Allah created the disease and the cure, then Berobatlah and do not seek treatment with an unclean". (HR. Ad Daulabi in al-Kuna, dihasankan by Shaykh al-Albani in Genealogy book Hadiits ashram Shohihah no. 1633).

"Allah does not make your healing in anything unlawful".

(HR. Abu Ya'la and Ibn Hibban no. 1397. Dihasankan by Sheikh Albani in the book Mawaaridizh Zham-aan no. 1172).

"Allah does not cure the disease makes you on anything that is forbidden on you". (HR. Bukhari, in-ath-Thabrani maushulkan in Mu'jam al Kabiir, Ibn Hajar said: 'sanadnya shohih', Fath al-Baari: X / 78-79).

3. Mandatory patient and Ridho When overridden Sickness and Accidents

If the pain and misfortune has befallen, then the believer must wait and blessing to the destiny of Allah Almighty, and Expect reward as well as the removal of sins as a reward from the calamities that befall him. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

"And give glad tidings to those who patiently, (ie) those who, when misfortune befalls them say 'wa Inna lillaahi innaa ilaihi roji'uun'. Were the ones who got a perfect blessing and mercy from their Lord, and they are the ones that receive guidance. "(QS. Al-Baqaroh: 155-157).

In some Hadith Qudsi Allah Almighty says:

"O son of Adam, if you are patient and seek the pleasure during the first disaster, then I do not bless reward but heaven".

(HR. Ibn Majah no.1597, dihasankan by Sheikh Albani in Saheeh Ibn Majah: I / 266).

The above hadith intent when a slave is pleased with the disaster that happened then God is pleased to reward him with paradise.

"If the son of a servant dies, then Allah will say to His angels: 'Do you have take the lives of children of my servant ?. The angel replied: 'Yeah, right'. Then he asked again: 'Are you taking her baby?'. The angel replied: 'Yes'. Then He said: 'What is said by my servant?'. The angel replied 'He prayed praise Thee and say the sentence istirja' (lillaahi wa Inna innaa ilaihi roji'un). Allah Almighty says: 'My servant Wake for a home in heaven and name (name) Baitul Hamd (praise house)'. "(Tirmidhi no.1021, Sheikh Albani in Saheeh dihasankan Sunan Tirmidhi, no. 814)

"It is not there a reply (which is more appropriate) in my hand for my servants who believe if I had killed at least his favorite of the world's population then he loses the patient on his favorite but heaven". (HR. Bukhari).

"Allah the Exalted and Almighty said: 'If I test my servant with two things he loves (ie, makes a slave loses two vision / blind) and he be patient and I will replace them with heaven". (HR. Bukhari).

Shollallahu Prophet alaihi wa sallam said: "Indeed, the magnitude of the reward depends on the size of the test. And if indeed Allah loves a people, then He will test them. Whoever is pleased that her keridhoan, and whoever the wrath of her wrath ". (HR. Tirmidhi, no. 2396, Ibn Majah no. 4031, Sheikh Albani in Saheeh dihasankan Sunan Tirmidhi II / 286).

Other Lessons from illness and misfortune are aware of a servant who had been negligent and away from the remembrance of Allah -because fooled by health agencies and minding harta- to recall his Robb. Because if God tried it with an illness or accident before he felt the humiliation, weakness, reminded of sins, and his inability to God Almighty, so he returned to God with repentance, resignation, pleading and praying to Him.

Allaah says: "And verily We sent (apostles) to the followers before you, then We seized them with (inflicted) misery and squalor that they beg (to Allah) with the subject grovel". (QS. Al-An'am: 42).

Hospitals and disaster is the door that will open a slave consciousness that he was in dire need of Allah Almighty. Not for a moment but he needed him, so that he will always be dependent upon his Robb. And in the end he will always mengikhlaskan and submit all forms of worship, prayer, life and death, only to Allaah alone.

The nature Tolerance (1)

Patience is a pillar of happiness of a servant. With patience that a slave would awake from disobedience, consistent run of obedience, and steadfast in the face various trials. Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said, "The position of the head like a patient in faith for the whole body. If the head has been cut off then there is no life in the body. "(Al Fawa'id, p. 95)

understanding Patient
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah said, "Patience is affirmed in the running of obedience to God, keep him from immoral acts of God, and keep it out of the feelings and attitudes of anger in the face of acts of God ...." (Sharh Usul Tsalatsatul, p. 24 )

Various Kinds of Patience
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah said, "Patience is divided into three kinds:
Be patient in performing obedience to God
Be patient for not doing things that are forbidden of God
Be patient in the face of God's decrees that happened, in the form of a variety of painful and disorders that arise within human power or from another person (Sharh Usul Tsalatsatul, p. 24)
Reaching For Glory

In the Lathifil Taisir Mannaan Shaykh Sa'di rahimahullah As mentioned causes to reach a wide range of high ideals. He said that the biggest reason to be able to achieve it all is faith and good deeds.

In addition, there are other causes that are part of this second case. Among them is patience. Patience is because to be able to get a variety of good and rejecting various vices. It is, as implied by the word of Allah Ta'ala, "And seek help with patience and prayer." (QS. Al Baqarah [2]: 45).

Ie ask for help to God by having patience and prayer in handling all your affairs. Similarly, because a servant patient be able to achieve lasting enjoyment that is heaven. Allah ta'ala says to the people of Paradise, "Safety on you thanks to your patience." (QS. Al Ra'd [13]: 24).

Allah said, "They are the people who met with high positions (in heaven) by reason of their patience." (QS. Al Furqaan [25]: 75).
In addition, God also makes patient and confident as a cause to achieve the highest position of leadership in matters of religion. The evidence is the word of Allah Ta'ala, "And We made them (Bani Israil) leaders who provide clues to the word we, because they want to be patient and believe in Our Signs." (QS. As Sajda [32] : 24) (See Taisir Lathifil Mannaan, p. 375)
Patience in Obedience

Demanding Patience In Science
Shaykh Nu'man said, "How many distractions that must be faced by a person who seeks to study. Then he must be patient to withstand hunger, lack of wealth, far from family and homeland. So he must be patient in an effort to gain knowledge by attending study groups, take notes and pay attention to the explanation and repeating the lessons and so forth.

May God bless Yahya ibn Abi Kathir who once said, "Science will not be obtained with much resting body", as stated in Saheeh Muslim Imam. Sometimes one must accept interference from those nearest him, let alone other people who do much of it, just because the activities are studying. No one can survive unless the people who get a kink grace of God. "(Taisirul wushul, p. 12-13)

Patience in the practice of Sciences
Shaykh Nu'man said, "And the people who want to do good with his knowledge also have to be patient in the face of disturbances in front of him. When she perform worship to God obey the Prophet taught shari'ah will undoubtedly there ahlul bida 'wal ahwaa' blocking in front of him, as well as fools who do not know the teachings of religion except heritage of their ancestors.

So that disturbances in the form of speech should be received, and sometimes in the form of physical disorders, sometimes with two-two. And we are now in an age where people who cling to their religion as the person who was holding the coals, then Allah suffices as a helper for us, He is the best of helpers "(Taisirul wushul, p. 13)
Patience In Preaching

Shaykh Nu'man said, "So did those who preach religion to invite God to be patient to face disruptions arising because of his preaching, because at that time he was finished as the Apostles. Waraqa ibn Nawfal told our Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "It is not no one has come up with a doctrine as you take it but will definitely hurt people."

So if he is invited to monotheism he found the inviting preachers kesyirikan upright in front of him, as did the followers and the people filling their stomachs that way. Whereas if he invites to the teachings of the Sunnah will met the defenders of heresy and lust. Similarly, if he is combating disobedience and various badness will undoubtedly encountered the cult of lust, great wickedness and sin, and those who join their group.

They all would have tried to obstruct his message because he had prevented them from shirk, heresy and immorality which has been their commitment. "(Taisirul wushul, p. 13-14)

Patience and Victory
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah said, "Allah Ta'ala said to His Prophet," And it has didustakan Apostles before you, then they were put up against them and their disbelieving also hurt until they came to help us. "(QS . Al An'am [6]: 34).
The greater interference received closer undoubtedly also the coming victory. And not aid / victory was limited only by the time someone (preachers) are still alive just so he could watch his preaching fruit materialized. However, the relief is sometimes appears in the time after his death. That is when God subdue humanity carefully so accept his message and sticking with it. Indeed, it includes relief obtained by this preacher even though he is dead.

Then mandatory for the preacher to be patient in the conduct of his preaching and remained consistent in the run. He should be patient in carrying out Allah's religion is being didakwahkannya and he should also be patient in the face of obstacles and distractions that hinder preaching. Look at the Apostles shalawatullaahi wa salaamuhu peace be. They also hurt by words and deeds as well.
Allah Ta'ala says, which means, "So, is not there an Apostle who came before them, but they (his people) said, 'He is a magician or a madman.'" (QS. Adz Dzariyaat [51]: 52). Likewise, Allah Almighty says, "And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the sinners." (QS. Al Furqaan [25]: 31). However, should the preacher steadfast and patient in the face of it all ... "(Sharh Usul Tsalatsatul, p. 24)

Patiently on Islam
Remember how the story of Bilal Ibn Rabah radi 'anhu who still adhere to Islam although it must feel great torment rock overlain by the employer over the hot desert (See Tough on the Path of Truth, p. 122). Remember how inhuman torture experienced by Ammar and his family. Her mother Sumayyah tortured in a very cruel to die as a Muslim first martyr in the path of Allah. (See Tough on the Path of Truth, p. 122-123)

Look Sa'ad bin Abi Waqqas constancy radi 'anhu who was forced by his mother to leave Islam to the extent that she swore strike eating and drinking do not even want to talk to him until death. But strongly Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas said, "O Mother, for the sake of God is, if the mother has a hundred lives and then one by one out, one moment ananda will not leave this religion ..." (See Tough on the Path of Truth, p. 133) This is the creed , this is the power of faith, which can survive and sturdy towering though buffeted by various storms and hurricanes life.

Brother, know the real trials that befall us today, either in the form of loss of property, loss of life of our beloved brother, homeless or lack of food, it's all much lighter than the ordeal experienced by salafush righteous and the scholars defenders propaganda monotheism in the past.

They hurt, embattled, didustakan, accused of absurd, and even some are excluded. There is a wealth of poverty-stricken, even there is also to die in prison, but did it all not shake the pillars of their faith.
Remember the word of Allah Ta'ala, which means, "And do not you ever die in a state but as a Muslim." (QS. Al 'Imran [3]: 102).

Remember also the promise of God, which means, "He who fear Allah will surely God gave way out and God will give him sustenance from the road which is not unexpected." (QS. Ath Thalaq [65]: 2-3).
Mentioned in a history that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Behold, the true arrival of the victory along with patience. Together narrowness would have no way out. Together there will definitely ease distress. "(HR. Abd bin Humaid in the Musnad [636] (See Durrah Salafi, p. 148) and al-Haakim in Mustadrak 'ala Shahihain, III / 624). (Arba'in Sharh Ibn 'Uthaymeen, p. 200)
Avoiding Patient Maksiat

Shaykh Zaid bin Muhammad bin Hadi Al Madkhali said, "Be patient refrain from disobedience to God, so he tried to stay away from disobedience, because the danger of the world, the grave and the hereafter befall him if he's ready to do it. And not the followers of earlier perish except as due to their disobedience, as it was reported by Allah Almighty in the Qur'an muhkam.

Among them were sunk by God into the ocean, some are perishing because of being struck by lightning, some are destroyed by the sound of thunder, and there were also among those who buried by God into the bowels of the earth, and there is also among them which in fox form of physical (cursed). "

Pentahqiq the book notes, "Sheikh hinted towards a verse," Then each (they were) our punishment due to sin, then among them there are casts him we hail gravel and among them there are overwritten loud noise thundered, and among them there are we buried into the earth, and among them there are we drowned, and Allah is not going to persecute them, but they who persecute themselves. "(QS. Al 'Ankabuut [29]: 40).

"Is not it all happened just because of one reason alone that is immoral to Allah wa ta'ala tabaaraka. Because the right of God is to be obeyed must not be disobeyed, then disobedience to God is very unjust crime that would cause wrath, anger and caused a decline in punishment very poignant. So, one kind of patience is to be patient to refrain from immoral acts of God. Do not approach him.

And if someone has already fallen in it let him to repent to God with repentance is real, ask for forgiveness and regret in the presence of God. And should he follow-ugliness ugliness doing goodness. As God says' Almighty, "Surely goodness will eliminate evil-evil." (QS. Hud [11]: 114). As well as spoken by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "and follow evil with goodness, kindness undoubtedly it will abolish them." (HR. Ahmad, etc., dihasankan Al Albani in Misykatul Mashaabih 5043) ... "(Thariqul wushul, p. 15 -17)
Patient Receiving Fate

Shaykh Zaid bin Muhammad bin Hadi Al Madkhali said, "third Kinds of various patience is a patient in the face of destiny and God's decision and his law happened to his servants. Because no one else in the movement of the universe, so are there any event or matter, but it is God who mentakdirkannya. Then it must be patient. Put up with various calamities that befall us, both associated with the lives, children, property and other things that is fate that runs under the terms of God in the universe ... "(Thariqul wushul, p. 15-17)
Patience and Unity

Shaikh Al Imam Al mujaddid Al Mushlih Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab rahimahullahu ta'ala make a chapter in the Book of Tawheed he entitled, "Chapter Minal billah faith, ash-shabru 'ala aqdarillah" (Chapter patient in the face of acts of God including branches of faith in God)

Shaykh Salih bin Abdul 'Aziz Sheikh Alusy hafizhahullahu ta'ala says in his explanation of this chapter very useful, "Patience classified cases occupy exalted position (in religion). He is one of a very precious part of worship. He occupies the recesses of the heart, verbal gestures and actions of the limbs. While the true nature of servitude will not be realized without patience.

This is because worship is the shari'ah command (to do something), or a ban of shari'ah (not to do something), or it could also be a test in the form of disaster inflicted by God to a servant that he would be patient when to deal with it.

The nature of servitude is subject to implement the Shari'ah commands and prohibitions shari'ah away and put up with calamities. Musing that serve as the touchstone by God jalla wa 'ala to forge his servants. Thus the test can be by means of religious teachings and by means of a decision destiny.

The exam with burdened religious teachings is reflected in the word of God jalla wa 'ala to His Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam in a hadith Qudsi narrated by Muslim from 'Iyaadh bin Hamaar. He said, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam once said "Allah Ta'ala says:' Behold, I am sending you in order to test you. And I test (human) with you '. "

So the essence of the mission of the Prophet 'alaihish shalaatu was salaam is a test. While the existence of a clear test requires a patient attitude in the face. Existing test with the coming of him as an apostle is the form of commands and prohibitions.

To carry out the obligations required course lunch patience. To leave the restrictions needed supplies patience. Similarly, in the face of fate decision kauni (painful) would also be required provisions patience. That is why some scholars say, "Surely patient is divided into three; patient in doing obedience, patience in refraining from committing any patient when receiving the destiny of God's painful. "
Since the very least encountered people who can be patient when stricken by the Shaykh was made a separate chapter, may Allah have mercy on him. It was he doing in order to explain patiently that includes part of the perfection of monotheism. Patience including obligations to be fulfilled by the servant, so he was patient bear provision acts of God.

Expression of anger and do not want to wait that's what occurs to many people when they get a test in the form of ditimpakannya disaster. For that reason he made this chapter, to explain that patience is a must do when hit by destiny that was painful. With it, he also wanted to give an affirmation that the patient in order to carry obedience and leave disobedience is also obligatory.

In language means restrained patient. The Arabs say, "so and so Qutila shabran" (meaning that so-and-so was killed in a state of "shabr") that is when he is in custody or being bound and then killed, without any resistance or war. And so the core meaning of patience that is used in the sense Shar'ie.

He is referred to as a patient because it contains oral detention for not bitching, hold careful not to feel angry and holding limbs not to express anger in the form of slapping the cheeks, tearing the fabric and the like. So according to the Shari'ah term patient means: Holding verbal complain, hold the hearts of angry and hold the limbs of anger appeared by way of tearing something and other such actions.

Imam Ahmad rahimahullah said, "In the Koran it says patiently mentioned in 90 more places. Patience is part of faith, as the position of the head to the body. For those who do not have the patience to run obedience, do not have the patience to stay away from immoral and impatient when hit by a painful destiny then he lost a lot of parts of the faith "

His words "Chapter Minal Imaan, ash shabru 'ala aqdaarillah" means: one of the characteristic features of faith in God is to be patient when facing God's decrees. Faith that has branches. As infidelity also branched.

So with the words "Minal Imaan ash shabru" he wanted to give an affirmation that the patient is one of the branches of faith. He also gives affirmation through a hadith narrated by Muslim indicates that niyaahah (lament deceased) was also one of the branches of kufr. So that each branch of disbelief that must be faced with a branch of faith. Lamenting the deceased is a branch of disbelief, he has to be faced with a branch of faith that God's patience with the painful destiny "(At Tamhiid, hal.389-391)
