"We managed to become the overall champion at the Belgian championships by winning nine gold medals, two silver medals and three bronze," said Indro Catur when contacted from Semarang on Monday.

Ninth gold medal for the Indonesian team, he said, was donated by Avaluddin (class A), Johan (class B), M Adrian (class C), Sapto Purnomo (class D), Nyoman Sapurtaman (class H), Bagaskoro (class I ) for men.

Then to daughter is Wenny Sasmita (class C), Wewey pm (class C), and Mariati (class E), while two silver captured Yulinar Tikasari (class A) and Pipiet Kamela (class D daughter).

While three bronze medals won by M Rizky Adi (class G's son), Afriansyah (class F's son), and Indriya Milasari (class F daughter).

"We fielded 15 fighters so that only one fighter who did not get a medal," he asserted.

In the martial arts championship Belgium Open (May 2 to 5), he said, followed by 11 countries including Vietnam, Malaysia, Suriname, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, England, Switzerland, Indonesia, Belgium and the host.

He added that he was grateful to be the overall winner at the championships in Belgium this but this only test event before the national training fighters deployed on the upcoming SEA Games in Myanmar in 2013.
