President Susilo Yudhoyono, accompanied by First Lady along with several members of the delegation is scheduled to make a state visit to the Kingdom of Sweden and the working visit to the United States on Monday (27/2) to 2 June.

According to information from Presidential Special Staff for International Relations, Teuku Faiza, in Jakarta, on Saturday, made a state visit to Sweden at the invitation of King Carl XIV Gustav.

He explained that his visit to the United States to attend the fifth meeting of the High Level Panel on Post-2015 Development Agenda and Panel delivered its final report to UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon.

While in Sweden, Yudhoyono is scheduled to pay a courtesy call to the King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustaf, a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister of Sweden, Fredrik Reinfeldt, the Swedish Parliament and Chairman, Per Westerberg.

"Of course, this visit will be used to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation, especially in economics, environment, and education," said Faiza.

According to him, the meeting will discuss issues of interest to both countries, especially in the fields of economics, environment and climate change, education, health, infrastructure, research, and technology.

During the visit, he said, would be a memorandum of understanding was signed, among others, in the fields of science, technology and innovation, and health.

In addition to meeting with Swedish officials, Yudhoyono is also scheduled to receive a number of leading corporate CEOs Sweden, among others, CEO Business Sweden, IKEA CEO, Investor AB and corporate leaders.

From Sweden, Indonesia had purchased weapons systems and defense support systems. Official vehicle cabinet members and guests of the state during the reign of President Suharto also use artificial Sweden.

Through these meetings, Faiza added, expected major Swedish businesses will increasingly convinced of the potential investment in Indonesia.

Of Sweden, President Yudhoyono and the delegation will cross the Atlantic to New York, United States.

The fifth meeting of the high level panel post-2015 development agenda was the last meeting after four previous meetings, one each in New York, USA (September 2012), London, England (November 2012), Monrovia, Liberia (February 2013), and Bali, Indonesia (March 2013).

5th meeting of the High Level Panel, he said, will be led by Yudhoyono and will discuss the Final Report of the Panel as well as the ratification of the report.

Furthermore, Yudhoyono on behalf of the Co-Chairs and members of the Panel will submit its report to UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon.

Yudhoyono will also attend the UN General Assembly to submit briefing on the report related to the President of the UN General Assembly and UN members.

"The last meeting of the Panel in New York which will be led by the president to be the culmination of a long process of preparation of the panel associated with the vision of the post-2015 development agenda," said Faiza.

Submission of the report to the UN Secretary-General marked the end of the task and mandate the High Level Panel appointed UN secretary general.

"As well as the MDGs, the post-2015 development agenda outlined in the panel's report is expected to be a reference to the countries in setting development priorities for the period 15-20 ahead after 2015," he said.

Coincided with the presence of Yudhoyono in New York, a nonprofit organization Appeal of Conscience Foundation (AoCF) will award the World Statesman Award.
Finally, Yudhoyono, First Lady and the members of the delegation are scheduled to arrive in the country on June 2, 2013.
