2/3 law enforcement, go to hell.

Unfinished journey (202)

(Part two hundred two, Depok, West Java, Indonesia, February 6, 2015, 17:29 pm)

2/3 law enforcement, go to hell.

If you are the parent, if your child aspires to be law enforcement officers, be it the police, judges, prosecutors, and other hukun enforcement, so be careful, because this mandate really heavy responsibility before God, because as a warning of the Prophet Muhammad, the Hadith, that only one of the three judges (hukun enforcement) that can enter heaven, the rest go to hell.
The Prophet's warning raised 1400 years ago, and what the Prophet, it is also the same as the word of God, which is valid until the end of time.
Why hukun enforcement, because that is the position of food empok Satan and the devil to tempt the law enforcement to want the bribe receiver (gratification), bribes, opportunities in power, and dishonest and unfair more (deviant) only lust lust sipenegak obey the law , regardless of the sense of justice in society. Is law enforcement can go to heaven, of course, the rest 1/3 is a fair law enforcement, and the patient does not want riches moment, and always fearing God, always pray to Allah to avoid unfair decision.

Three Types of Justice (Law Enforcement), Only One Go to Heaven

Attitudes and behavior of judges is always highlighted, either in the past or present. Because, in addition to having great authority and power, the judge also often face tremendous temptation too great, especially the temptation of wealth and the wealth of the world.

Interesting listening, a very popular tradition that dirawikan by the author of the book Sunan that the judges were only three people. One person in heaven and the other two in hell. A person who is in heaven is the judges who know the truth, and the truth set by law. He was in heaven. One again, the judges who know the truth, but clumsy. He did not specify the law based on the truth. He was in hell. The other one, the judge stupid, do not know the truth, and establishes the law on the basis of lust. He is also in Hell. (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and Ibn Majah).

Thus, the true and honest judge-based hadith above-just one-third, while the remaining two-thirds is corrupt judges and deceitful. This hadith, according to the hadith experts, al-Munawi, a reprimand and warning to the judges so that they maintain honesty and integrity. This Hadith, al-Munawi continued, speaking at the level of reality (bi hasb al-form) and not based on the ideals of formal (la bi hasb al-hukm).

In the Qur'an, the rulers and all law enforcement officials, including judges, pegged to have two basic properties, namely fair and trustworthy. Without these two properties, the tough law enforcement officers do not get stuck on crime and mafia practice of law. "Allah sent you convey trust to those who deserve it, and (told you) when applying the laws of man that you assign to the fair." (Surah al-Nisa '[4]: 58).

This verse, according to scholars of the world, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, is very important and is specifically addressed to the authorities. Fair in this verse means to understand the truth (God's laws) and establish the truth of the matter on the basis of honest, fair, and indiscriminately according to the principles of equal before the law. While meaningful mandate, among other things, responsible, uphold the oath of office, professional, and uphold the glory of judges and the judiciary.

According to Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz, the caliph who was known to be fair, the integrity of law enforcement was largely determined by the intellectual competence, moral, and spiritual in 5 terms. If any one of the five competency unfulfilled it, said Abdul Aziz, the law enforcers will not survive the disgrace or infamy.

Fifth competencies, respectively expressed as follows. First, fahiman, which understand well about the law. Secondly, Haliman, conscience and polite nature. Third, `afifan, keep yourselves from sin and evil. Fourth, shaliban, assertive stance of principle. Fifth, `` an al aliman saulan-`ilm, have extensive knowledge and insight as well as a lot of discussion. Only through law enforcement with high morality and integrity, law and justice can be enforced in this country. Others do not. Allaah a`lam.
