Downstream Regulatory Body Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) commissioned three entities to carry out the supply and distribution of fuel oil (BBM) subsidy in 2013. The volume of subsidized fuel was distributed three entities as many as 46 million liters as specified in Budget 2013.

This was stated by Chief Andy Noorsaman Sommeng BPH Migas, the handover decision letter head of BPH Migas on assignment entities to provide and distribute subsidized fuels in 2013, on Thursday (27/12/2012) in the Office of BPH Migas, Jakarta.

Three entities are PT Pertamina (Persero), PT AKR Corporindo and PT Surya Parna Commerce. The number of certain types of fuel quota is 45.01 million kiloliters PT Pertamina, PT AKR Corporindo 267,892 kiloliters, and PT Surya Niaga Parna 119,150 kiloliters. The reserve volume of 612,958 kiloliters.

Previously, BPH Migas selecting and evaluating a number of entities common commercial license holders to be given assignments to carry out the supply and distribution of subsidized fuel. BPH Migas 42 entities invited holders of common commercial fuel business license from the government, to follow the general explanation of the selection of the implementing entities appointment provision and distribution of certain types of fuel.

Of the 42 entities that, 15 entities were present following the general description given BPH Migas. Fifteenth business entity that is, PT Pertamina, PT AKR Corporindo, PT Patra Niaga Pertamina, PT Shell Indonesia, PT Bumi Asri Prima Pratama, PT Surya Parna Commerce, PT Shell Indonesia, PT Hokari Linex, PT Equator Kingdom Energy, PT Petro Andalan Nusantara, PT TPPI, PT Tiara Energy, PT Medco Kalibaru Sarana, PT Linga Prime, PT Elnusa Petrofin, and PT Lausan area.

Furthermore, there are 13 entities that take the offer document, which PT Pertamina, PT AKR Corporindo, PT Shell Indonesia, PT Buma Niaga Perkasa, PT Solar Premium Central, PT Surya Parna Commerce, PT Jagad Energy, Petro Indo Jasatama PT, PT Medco Facility Kalibaru , Oil Tanking PT Merak, PT Linga Prime, PT Kutilang Paksi Mas and PT Petro Energy Ocean.

However, only four entities that deliver readiness to provide and distribute certain fuel types, namely Pertamina, AKR Corporindo, Shell Indonesia, and Surya Parna Commerce. Having evaluated by BPH Migas committee hearing, it was decided three entities designated to deliver and distribute certain types of fuel in 2013, PT Pertamina, PT AKR Corporindo and PT Surya Parna Commerce.
