Director General of Taxes Fuad Rahmany said he was happy with the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) for the Asian Agri fined Rp 2.5 trillion. The funds will go into the state coffers next year.

"The issue of Asian Agri, so glad we are. Later we were collecting," he noted in the Ministry of Finance Jakarta, Friday (28/12/2012).

According to Fuad, until now, it has not seen a copy of the Supreme Court's decision about the Asian Agri. This was to ensure the relevant Supreme Court decision pengemplang tax. "She was what, it should be his decision as to what sentence, who is fined," he added.

Fuad also could not comment on the possibility of Asian Agri is still able to appeal again or not. "I do not know what the Supreme Court may appeal again or not, but for us it was incracht. Been able to bill us directly," he said.

But most importantly, appreciate the decision of the Director General of Taxation MA because MA is considered to uphold justice and the law is still enforced, let alone the case is a big case that could potentially affect the court's decision.

"But it is evident that MA could result in decisions that are fair and correct. This struck me right. So we appreciate that this may be an example that despite the large tax cases, but the magnificence of judges can not be influenced," he said.
