MRT construction will be done in three packages. The construction will be done by the contractor winning bidder, ie, Wijaya Karya and Shimizu, Jaya Construction and Obayashi, and Sumitomo Mitsui Hutama Works and Construction Company.

In the first phase of construction of the MRT, from Lebak Bulus to the roundabout, MRT lines will be installed along the 15.7 kilometers. The project is expected to cost a total of 125 billion yen, or around Rp 12.5 trillion.
