UNHCR in Jakarta was not allowed to stay in Australia.
Immigration Minister Scott Morrison said,

to use the region as a transit to the country.

continue to process the refugees who arrived before July 2014,
butnumbers are limited, said Scott Morrison.

The UN refugee agency
