Ukraine sought aid from the West

The Government of Ukraine enlisted the help of the West to stop Russia annexed Crimea that will formalize its integration with Moscow in recent days.

Ukraine's Prime Minister held a meeting at the White House and the United Nations, told the Parliament in Kiev that he wants the u.s. and United Kingdom as guarantors of the Pact of 1994 requires Ukraine to submit the nuclear legacy of The Soviet periphery, to perform both military and diplomatic intervention in order to stop the aggression of Russia.

But, despite a NATO spy planes stationed on the border of Poland and Romania while preparing the U.s. Navy military exercises in the Black Sea, the West does not want to create a crisis is the worst since East-West cold war by opening a military conflict against Moscow.

Diplomacy is limited to a war of words when Foreign Ministry officials of the u.s. and Russia spoke by telephone.

The u.s. State Department said, Moscow has not given the slightest room for negotiations, while Russia's Foreign Ministry issued a statement condemning the US financial assistance to the illegal regime in Kiev called ultranationalists who have connection with the Nazis.

The deposed President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich, who appeared in a press conference said that he was still the legitimate ruler of the Ukraine, while the Crimean Parliament Kiev calls referendum to join Russia as not valid.

In the Parliament of Ukraine, Ministry of defence officials said 41,000 infantry have been mobilized, but Ukraine can only combat ready forces of 6,000 menggelarkan which is much less than the 200,000 troops of Russia which prepared at the border east of the country.

Prime Minister of Ukraine mentioned that the air force lost a 100-to-1 against Russia.

Meanwhile President Oleksander Turchinov, meanwhile, warned his countrymen not to fall for provocations Russia amid a plan to mobilize the National Guard. While the PM while Ukraine, Arseny Yatseniuk, asked the West to defend the sovereignty of Ukraine under the 1994 Pact.

"What is the meaning of the military aggression of Russia Federation territory to Ukraine at this time?" said she. "it means that a country that nuclear weapons provide voluntarily, denying nuclear status and got assurances from the countries of the world have been left alone and should not face a nuclear country which is ready to the war.

"I say this to our Western partners, if you do not provide the guarantees already agreed in the Momorandum Budapest, then explain how you guys will persuade Iran or North Korea to give up its status as a nuclear State."

Ukraine's Parliament has passed a resolution calling for the U.S. to Yatseniuk submitted and the United Kingdom in order to "fulfill her responsibilities and take all diplomatic steps, the political, economic and military might in the end immediately the aggression and secure the independence, the sovereignty and borders of Ukraine".

But the Western response to the careful application of Ukraine is considering Ukraine is not a member of NATO so that it could not automatically call for help. The 1994 Pact just mention military protection given if Ukraine threatened nuclear attack, according to Reuters.
