The French government proposed a six-month ban citizens traveling opposite to Syria and Iraq to fight with a group miitan.
Government officials say two or three young Muslims to leave France every day to join a group of Islamic Jihadists Islamic caliphate in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
Some are worried that they are heading to Syria and Iraq would become a threat to France itself.
A French citizen who was arrested for killing four people at a Jewish Musuem Brussels last May, Mehdi Nemmourche, have returned from Syria, after becoming radical in prison.
Another French citizen, Mohamed Red, killing seven people in Toulouse in 2012, before being shot dead by police.
The victims are three paramilitary as well as three children and a teacher at a Jewish school.
The European Union counter-terrorism coordinator Gille de Kerchove announced on Tuesday (08/07) that the interior minister of the nine countries agreed on a plan to keep track of those who went to Syria and prevent them from engaging in acts of terrorism on his return them from the country.
The countries signed a plan that is Belgium, France, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands. BBC
