Nearly 1,000 were
killed because of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine
The tanks were destroyed on the territory Of Luhansk that proclaim themselves.
About 13 people
were killed every day in Eastern Ukraine since September 5 ceasefireholds,
said UN Human Rights Commissioner.
In the eight weeks
since the fragile truce is implemented, the United Nations said 957people
were killed while the two sides continue to make offence.
The UN report mentions
the total failure of law and order in areas of Donetsk andLuhansk are controlled
by rebels.
This document also underscores
the strong allegations of violations committedgovernment forces.
The conflict occurred
in Eastern Ukraine last April when the Government in
Kievlaunched the operation recapturing areas that rebel supporters
of Russia snatched away.
The separatist group took
control of the Government building, after Russia reacted
tothe same step by the rebels in the Crimea with the annexed
the peninsula.
As part of the ceasefire that
was signed in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, supervisor of
the security agencies of Europe (OSCE) monitors to conduct scheduled Eastern
areaand the border with Russia.
Superintendents complain because
they fired upon uniformed forces that operate in close
