Bank Indonesia (BI) considers the realization of economic growth in 2012 which amounted to 6.23 percent only slightly compared to the central bank's projection. He said he did not make predictions that missed it.
"Actually delivered economic growth rate during this difference only BI thin one. We first estimate could grow 6.3 percent, but the realization is only 6.23 percent," BI Governor Nasution said in his office, Jakarta, Friday (8/2 / 2013).
According to Nasution, the realization that economic growth does fluctuate each quarter. So it did not make the condition. Moreover, this condition will be adjusted to the conditions of the global economy, regional and domestic economic conditions alone.
"Judging by the quarter, there were fluctuations. Was ups and downs, always never mean it, from the first quarter to the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, in the fourth quarter is one quarter rather low," he added.
Just for the record, the realization of economic growth in 2011 at 6.5 percent. While the first quarter of 2012 rose 6.3 percent, the second quarter of 2012 rose 6.4 percent, the third quarter of 2012 rose 6.17 percent and the fourth quarter of 2012 rose 6.11 percent. While the realization of economic growth throughout 2012 amounted to 6.23 percent.
