Jakarta Governor Joko Widodo will unite Djakarta Transportation Company (PPD) with Kopaja, Metromini, and Bajaj. It will he seek after PPD officially became the city government with the ownership status of ROE (Regional-Owned Enterprises).
"After PPD belonged city government, will be the legal umbrella Kopaja, Metromini, and Bajaj," said the man who was familiarly called Jokowi was at City Hall on Monday (11/02/2013).
PPD change efforts into public enterprises and legal unification efforts, said Jokowi, has been approved by the Minister for State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Dahlan Iskan, pending approval from the Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo. According to him, as long as there has been no management charge of the freight-transport, the regulatory system would not be structured.
"How to build a driver, check his uniform and ID. If not the management how. Was makane, we want to take over for decades is not finished-finished," said Jokowi.
According Jokowi, he had sent a letter to the minister to ask the PPD to be transferred to the city administration.
"Yeah, we've been posing letter to the minister," he said.
Although already sent a letter to Dahlan, Jokowi not received specific responses related to it. Just for the record, the minister wants PPD liquidated.
PPD's assets will be taken over by Perum Damri and land assets to be auctioned. Liquidation process is expected to take place later in the year.
Jakarta Capital City Government also wants to acquire Perum PPD. Consideration, PPD has assets that can be utilized for transportation activities and procurement of transportation transport pathways through which the PPD recorded Transjakarta have assets such as land area of 4.1 acres in Chester with a value NJOP (Tax Object Sales Value) reached Rp 6.15 trillion. Other assets such as land in the area of 6 ha Halim Perdanakusuma for Rp 10.2 trillion.
