Education Minister Mohammad Nuh confirmed that the national exam (UN) will be changed

Education Minister Mohammad Nuh confirmed that the national exam (UN) will be changed when the Curriculum 2013 was actually implemented.

"This year (2013), UN still remains, due to changes in the curriculum was in June 2013, while the UN will be held in April-May 2013," he said in 2013 in Bangkalan Curriculum Socialization, Monday (31/12/2012).

In the socialization in the presence of a number of scholars as Madura in Pesantren Al-Hikam, Burneh, Bangkalan, he put forward "process" and "output" in Curriculum 2013 was equally important.

"Therefore, process and output must be combined, so that the UN might change in the future, but the change was not present, since Curriculum 2013 was a public trial phase," he said.

According to him, the Curriculum 2013 changes were not based on political interests at all, but purely on the basis of academic, because it was a public test Curriculum 2013.

"If political considerations may change that could be canceled, as we face the stigma that seemed to justify that change minister change the curriculum," he said.

However, it took the risk of taking into account the real interests for the future of the younger generation are better which is smart but true or true but smart.

"So, change the curriculum to address the changing times, who would prioritize competence, but competence that we synergize with the values of character," he said.

He explained that the future of competency covers the three areas of attitudes, skills and knowledge.

"The change in attitude was determined character education, while the changes in skills and knowledge that are determined innovation. Way to educate students with innovation is to develop creativity," he said.

To develop creativity, he says, can be done with the five stages of the observation (observation), asked, thinking (reasoning), experiment, and communicate (written and oral presentation).

"So, I do not consider the position, but I consider the future. I would encourage competence so that the younger generation can now buy the future by 'price' now," he said.

The event was attended by a number of scholars, among others, KH Ahmad Tijani (Sumenep), Drs KH Masud mag (Pamekasan), KH Fudloli Ruhan (Sampang), KH Dervish (Sampang), KH Bashir (Sampang), KH Ilyas (Bangkalan) , KH Jazuli (Bangkalan), and KH Busyro Dimyati (Bangkalan).
