"Visit Terrain Trail Adventure 2013 is one of the agenda in an effort to bring tourists to the city of Medan. Evident apart from the city of Medan, this activity participants also came from overseas and other provinces," said Mayor of Medan, Rahudman Harahap, in Medan on Saturday (12/01/2013).

Rahudman said that when removing more than 500 crosser who took part in the activities Visit Terrain Trail Adventure (VMTA) 2013, Medan route-Bukit Lawang, 12-13 January 2013.

According Rahudman, Medan is a city of pluralism as well as a new metropolitan city that always brings development missions, whether in education, economy, social culture, especially tourism aimed at the welfare of the community.

For since the beginning of the City Government strongly supports the implementation of the various activities, which can be seen from the many tour agenda particularly automotive travel undertaken in 2012.

"For that I thank you for the implementation of the sebesarnya Visit Terrain Trail Adventure 2013 is very meaningful to the city of Medan as MICE," he said.

Route VMTA 2013 which was attended by 520 participants, will pass through three different local government areas namely Deli Serdang, Binjai City and District Langkat.

According to schedule, for the first day (Saturday, 12/01/2013), start from Freedom Square, while finishing Rindu Alam Resort Bukit Lawang, Langkat district. While the second day (Sunday, 01/13/2013), starts from the Nature Resort Bukit Lawang and finish Cadika Scout Road Field Study Tour Medan.
