The number of foreign tourists (tourists) who visited Indonesia in November 2012 reached 693 867 people or an increase of 5.94 percent compared to the number of tourists in the same month the previous year. Similarly, when compared to visits during October 2012, the number of foreign tourists in November 2012 experienced a slight increase of 0.80 percent.
The number of tourists who come through the main entrance on 19th November 2012 also increased 6.10 percent compared to the state of November 2011, from 613 557 people to 650 971 people.
Similarly, when compared to the number of visits during October 2012, the number of tourists who come through the entrance 19 rose 0.25 percent. The increase in the number of tourists is the case in most of the main entrance, with the highest percentage increase was recorded at the airport entrance Bandung, Bandung (24.96 percent), followed by Adi Sucipto Airport, Yogyakarta (17.45 percent), and Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan (8.31 percent). Meanwhile, the seven entrances to decline, with the highest decline occurred at the International Airport of Lombok, Mataram (10.66 percent), and the lowest decrease in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta (0.16 percent).
Meanwhile, the increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting November 2012 compared to November 2011 occurred in most of the main entrance. Highest percentage increase occurred in Adi Sucipto Airport, Yogyakarta (36.01 percent), followed by Airport Bandung, Bandung (33.58 percent), and the International Airport of Lombok, Mataram (27.56 percent).
On the other hand, a decline in the number of foreign tourists visit in seven entrances, with the largest declines occurred in Adi Sumarmo Airport, Surakarta (63.07 percent), the Port of Tanjung Pinang, Riau Islands (19.90 percent), and the Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta (14.44 per cent). While the lowest decrease occurred in the Port of Tanjung Uban, Riau Islands (1.66 percent).
