More recently, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Indonesia releases 30 culinary icons, which can represent Indonesia in international events food. "We wanted to create a true sense for any Indonesian food, not a cuisine adapted to the tongue locals like Japanese cuisine adapted to the tongue of Indonesia," said Novi.
