According to him , the ideals of Indonesia to enter the category of developed countries in 2025 has been proclaimed in the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesian Economic Development . And a set of six development corridors namely Sumatra , Java , Bali , Nusa Tenggara , Kalimantan , Sulawesi and Maluku . To realize that goal , the government , he said , must prepare the port infrastructure , energy , roads and railroads . Because the infrastructure for development of infrastructure will create jobs around. Moreover, traffic and road transport is the main requirement to encourage economic growth and new economic potentials other . To that , he added , the construction of the motorway from Aceh and Lampung 2608 Km along a predetermined soon realized . Because funding for highway construction in Aceh and Lampung had been estimated at 350 trillion has been agreed by all parties, including the House of Representatives . Even PT Hutama paper was willing to build the toll road project but asked the government to include a capital of 30 percent , or about Rp70 trillion, which is also the government's stake . Moreover , the House has approved and allocated a budget for the project amounting to Rp 2 trillion in the budget changes in 2013 and Rp 5 , 1 trillion in 2014 . Indonesian Traffic Watch ( ITW ) urged the President to immediately issue a regulation , so that the acceleration and expansion of economic development to realize the ideals of Indonesia to developed countries , can be realized . Government should not only proclaimed , but must carry out . So it does not give the impression that the construction of toll roads in Aceh and Lampung is only a means of imaging simply by sprinkling a promise without proof .
