U.S. military training titles , the Russian Peace Proposal Ask , Ukraine Find Support


United States send a signal to protect its NATO allies bordering Russia to launch first joint military exercises in Eastern Europe since the Kremlin intervened Ukraine .

In the Black Sea , across the waters of the Crimean peninsula where Russian troops took over the reins of power of Ukraine , a destroyer of the U.S. Navy will take part in the maneuvers of war with Romania and Bulgaria .

Documents Washington , which received Moscow on Friday , detailing " a concept that does not agree with us because everything is stated in terms of any conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the state faced terms , " Lavrov told Putin .

" The partners we suggested that we go out of the situation created by the coup , " he told AFP .

He did not give further details about the content of Washington 's proposal .

 Ukraine, Monday , seeks to gain the support of the Western countries after Russian President Vladimir Putin insisted that Crimea has the right to join his country .
