Suntono explained, based on the results of the survey for thirteen years (1999-2012) the welfare of the people of Papua conditions getting better. Recorded the percentage of poor people in the period decreased significantly by 23.51 percent, from 54.75 percent in March 1999 to 30.66 in September 2012.
