"If these actions are not corrected, it is feared the justification that any suspected terrorists should be shot dead. We support the eradication of terrorists, but please be done through legal procedures," said Chairman of the Management Team of Terrorism Act in Poso Siane Indriani Commission Office, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (15/01/2013).

Komnas HAM judge, several arrests suspected terrorist who carried out the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror police improper procedures. Detachment 88 is often shot dead terrorist suspects who have not confirmed involvement in the terror network.

Siane said, based on the results of the investigation the Commission has obtained the facts on the actions carried out over the police. One of them during the arrest of Khalid Tumbingo on 3 November 2012 in the Elementary School Kayamanya, Poso.

"We get evidence of the incident in Kayamaya improper procedures at the shooting dead on Khalid. Because the facts on the ground show no resistance from suspected terrorists," said Siane.

Khalid is a civil servant who worked daily as a forest ranger in the Ministry of Forestry. Siane added that the arrest was witnessed by several students Kholid SD. He also claimed to have recorded video evidence as the arrest citizens.

To note, when Kholid known to have died, local residents protested. Residents do not receive Kholid considered terrorists without legal proof first. Residents who were protesting were arrested and searched into the night.

"They were released at 10 pm, they were subjected to torture, including children aged 16 years," said Siane.

According Siane, legal terrorism in Poso full benefit of certain parties. Police were asked to do a persuasive approach that can be trusted to provide public security in Poso.
