Dendy and his father, who was also Zulkarnaen Djabar a suspect case, immediately underwent proceedings at the Corruption Court in Jakarta. Friday (01/04/2013), the investigation revealed both complete (P21) and transferred to the stage of prosecution.

Erman has said previously that his client along with his seorganisasinya, Fahd Fahd El Fouz or A Rafiq tried to convince the MORA to give the project to them. Dendy and Fahd met officials together in MORA, namely Islamic Guidance Sesditjen Abdul Karim (now ex) and Sesditjen Islamic Education, Afandi Mochtar.

At that Erman said, if Dendy and Fahd tried to get the project to turn their organizations, the Young Council of Kinship Mutual Aid (Echo MKGR). Dendy earned money, he said, were distributed to his friends, and partly used to finance the activities of the organization.

KPK set Dendy and Zulkarnaen as suspects for allegedly accepting bribes totaling Rp 10 billion over budget discussions related to the Qur'an and laboratory projects MORA. Zulkarnaen became a suspect in his capacity as a member of House Commission VIII and member of the House Budget Agency. While Dendy, allegedly acting as an intermediary party Kemenag with private parties. So far, the Commission has not set an official from MORA as a suspect.
