U.S. National Security Agency ( U.S. ) or NSA allegedly stalking Chinese technology company Huawei Technologies Co. in early 2009 , according to the weekly magazine Der Spiegel . According to German media , the NSA surveillance is also targeting the Chinese officials , including the current Chinese president , Hu Jintao .
