Following the declaration which carried 115 members of the House Democrats, now 18 Organizations wing of the Democratic Party led by House Speaker Marzuki Ali and a number of functionaries (Chairman) declared to support the Democratic Party candidate for president and vice president Prabowo and Hatta Rajasa.
A number of functionaries and cadre of Democrats expressed support for the candidate number 1, Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa the 2014 presidential election.
"Together We hereby declare that we will fight along with our network to support the number 1 Prabowo and Hatta Rajasa," said Chairman of the Department of Political and Security DPP Democrats, Letjend (Ret.) M Yasin at Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, Tuesday ( 06.17.2014).
Support is provided for Prabowo-Hatta has the vision and mission in line with the era perintahan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). "Vision mission Prabowo-Hatta, willing to continue the pro-people programs that seen in the presidential debate that has been held," he explained.
By deciding in favor of Prabowo-Hatta, Yasin confirmed, it has received the blessing that is implied from the words being said SBY. "Pak has been frank to say, please choose based on vision-mission and in line with the party," he said.
"Clearly that is done by us. Together we stated this would be a guide for us in the element to support father-Hatta Prabowo," he said.
Besides Yasin and several functionaries, there is also a big name from the mercy of the party. Among these are, Ramadan Pohan, Saan Mustafa, and Hinca Panjaitan.
