Thai police arrested an anti-coup activist popular for violating an order to report to the ruling military junta.
Boongamanong Sombat, who led an online campaign to hold a demonstration against the coup were arrested on Thursday night (05/06) in the province of Chonburi.
Hundreds of people were arrested after the coup but most have been released.
Meanwhile, corruption investigators have expanded their investigation into former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and investigate his personal assets.
The National Anti-Corruption Commission investigation related to Click rice subsidy scheme in which the government sells rice from farmers at high prices to increase local revenue.
The Commission has been indicted on charges Yingluk Click dereliction of duty and said he ignored advice that the scheme is potentially a waste of money and a field of corruption.
Yingluck was arrested last month at a secret location while the leaders of the military coup took power in Thailand.
Sirichan Ngathong military spokesman said the army team have tracked Sombat on the internet.
Sombat previously called by the ruling junta to surrender, but he actually wrote a message on Facebook that "Catch me if you can."
