"Today until about 20:00 pm there were already 15,900 visitors to the beach, with a levy income of Rp75, 5 million," said The Withholding Levies Sub Coordinator (TPR) Parangtritis, Agus Sudiyanto in Bantul, Tuesday night.

According to him, the number of visits that much experience a significant jump compared to the number of visitors on a regular day on average about 3,000 to 5,000 people.

"Actually surge of visitors to the beach have seen since the last two days from Sunday (23/12) until Tuesday, surge of visitors dominated tourists from outside DIY four-wheel drive vehicles," he said.

He said the number of visitors to Parangtritis on Sunday, reaching as many as 17,900 people with revenues amounting to Rp85 million levy, and then on Monday, as many as 12,200 people with an income of Rp57, 9 million.

"It is a common sight when there are school holidays and the holiday surge in the number of visitors to the beach experience. Especially like the flow of tourists from outside Jakarta (Plate B), Semarang (H) and from outside Java," he said.

He said, to improve service fees to tourists, it also adds to the officers in the PLA from the previous seven to nine people, but during the holidays it becomes 13 to 15 people.

"We sometimes have overwhelmed to serve tourists as dense flow of vehicles, so as to reduce the accumulation of vehicles on the TPR portion left over, we ikhlaskan no retribution," he said.
