"The public is being lied to, because after we studied and calculated, then the increase in electricity tariff for domestic users 1,300 VA power up, an average increase of 6.5 percent per three-month or 26 percent per year, even 30 percent," says Rudy Tanjungpinang, Sunday.

According to Chua, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 30/2012 on Basic Electricity Tariff Increase issued on December 21, 2012 still need to be assessed again though for household electricity use of 450 VA and 900 VA is not an increase.

In addition, the delivery of government on an average 4.3 to 4.5 percent per quarter, or about 15 percent during 2013 was the lowest electricity tariff applicable to the industry, while domestic users above 1300 VA TDL increase of 26 percent even reached 30 percent.

"Until now, people also do not get the socialization of government, PLN only deliver a quick increase in TDL 15 percent, this is the lowest increase, not rise during 2013," he said.

In addition, although the use of household electricity 450 VA and 900 VA did not increase electricity tariff, will remain affected, because employers will charge up production after electricity to consumers or the public.
