National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC), on Tuesday, announced the findings of eleven behind the crash of the Sukhoi RRJ-95B 97 004 Superjet 100 in Mount Salak in Bogor, West Java, 9 May that killed 34 Indonesian Citizen (WNI) and 10 foreigners.

1. Flights are planned in the Instrument Flight Rules or IFR

3. Minimum route (MORA) for the planned flight route is 13,200 feet
4. Minimum Safe Altitude (MSA) from Halim Perdanakusuma air base is 6900 feet, while the MSA's radius is 25 Nautical Mile (NM) from Halim
5. Flight altitude is 10,000 feet
6. The crew requested the aircraft to lose altitude 6,000 feet and allow the control tower 6,000 feet down to the position that
7. Flights to ask the right orbit at an altitude of 6,000 feet and the control tower approved
8. When the radar showed the plane asked orbit, its position was on the training area Atang Sanjaya
9. Atang Sanjaya region is approximately 17 NM southwest of Halim Perdanakusuma
