 A mother in Afghanistan wrath while knowing her son shot the militant Taliban. He then took the gun and take revenge by shooting blindly, killing 25 members of the Taliban.

Russia Today reported citing Afghan television station, Tolo News, the incident occurred on 17 November in Balabolok district, Farah province in western Afghanistan, bordering Iran.

The mother, Reza Gul, said that at 5 am The Taliban attacked a police station where his son, Safiullah, were on duty. Motherly instincts churned when I discovered it.

"When the battle happened, I could not resist and took the gun, ran to the checkpoint and opened fire on them," said Gul.


 Anger peaked when he saw Safiullah collapsed, was shot dead in front of his eyes. Gul shoot blindly, revenge for the death of his son. Gul was not alone, he assisted also by her husband, daughter and youngest son running around giving ammunition and weaponry to fight the Taliban.

"The battle heats up when we fight with light and heavy weapons. We are determined to fight to the last bullet," said Gul law, Seema.

Gul's daughter, Fatima, said that this was a battle between his family against the Taliban. Husband Gul, Abdul Satar, said that he was ready to sacrifice the whole family to prevent the Taliban control of their land.

"My son is a police officer who was killed in front of my eyes. I have set aside his body and began to fight to defend my land to prove that this is the land of Malalai, the hero. I am ready to sacrifice my life, but not the post where my son in charge," said Satar.

Farah province police chief, Gen. Abdul Razaq Yagubi, confirmed the incident. He said it was about 400 Taliban soldiers tried to seize control of Balabolok.

"The presence of the mother of Safiullah has increased the moral police against the Taliban, after a seven-hour firefight, the Taliban fled. At least 25 Taliban militants were killed and 31 others wounded," said Yagubi, quoted by NBC.

Yagubi said action Gul and his family could be a new epic story that will be remembered in Afghanistan.
