Department of Tourism Government of Jayapura, Papua, is heavily developed tourist village as a tourist destination alternative to marine tourism. According to Tommy obstacles to the development of the tourist village is usually the human resources and the leadership of the village. "For that, we took elements engaged in tourism as Asita, Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) to develop local culinary and academic circles," he said.
