What you decide in choosing a hotel? Apparently, according to a survey, most people choose hotels based on location.

Meanwhile, the online travel sites that show you reviews about the hotel is not always influence the selection. Market Metrix survey conducted in seeing how someone in choosing a hotel involving 40 thousand respondents comprised of the U.S., Europe, and Asia who travel during the year 2012.

Only 2.9 percent of respondents who answered "positive reviews on online sites" as the reason in choosing a hotel. The answer is in the bottom third of all the answers that appear in the survey.

Meanwhile, 2.7 percent who chose the hotel because of the "amenities (equipment is provided for hotel guests) special facilities and services". While only 0.5 percent answered "green program" or environmentally friendly program that applied the hotel, to be a factor in choosing a hotel.

Apparently, the most important in the selection of the hotel is its location. As expressed by 30.2 percent of respondents in the survey. Only then 15.7 percent said the price factor as a determinant. Meanwhile, 11.7 percent answered because of the experience in the past.
