Investigators Attorney General conduct an examination of Regents Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, Buhari Matta, Thursday (01/03/2013). Buhari examined as a suspect in a bribery case of nickel mining worth Rp 5 billion.
"Investigation Team is conducting Kolaka Regents examination. Now underway," wrote Chief Legal Information Center Loyal Lucky Arimuladi via text message.
Regent Kolaka Buhari Matta named as a suspect by the Attorney General's Office since July 2011. He was involved in a corruption case discharge permit mining on mining in the cluster Padmarang Island in 2007. In fact, the mine is not a permit lend use of the forestry minister.
The area was mined in the location of Underwater Nature Park, and has been designated as a conservation area by the Central Government.
