On charges of terrorism directed against Salafiyin, Shaykh Dr. An Alu Muhammad ibn Musa Nasr responded:

I (Shaykh Dr. Muhammad ibn Musa Nasr Alu's, Red) say:
People who accuse us of being terrorists, including ahlul he ghuluw (effusive in charge). He does not understand propaganda salafiyah. Salafiyah Da'wah is Islam. Salafiyah propaganda is propaganda Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions [1]. However, it should not be a salafi (whoever the person) consider themselves as having good morals Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, or his companions morals.

Propagation salafiyah standing on the correct Aqeedah, Aqeedah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions believed him. Propagation salafiyah upright on manhaj (path, method, procedure) true Islam and straight, standing on the argument. This propaganda is really glorified as ash righteous Salaf (the righteous earlier generations), from among the Companions and tabi'in. This propaganda glorifying and honoring the argument, (a) the word of God and the (word) His Messenger, and do not put forward any word (in the words of Allah and His Messenger) no matter how high the degree and position of that person. Salafiyah propaganda calling to God, to the true teachings of Islam, balanced and fair. Calls on the gentleness and reject violence. Thus, propaganda accusing salafiyah as terrorism is a lie!

Because, who really oppose the terrorists and takfiriyin (the people who very easily mengafirkan others without cause of truth) at the moment?

Who are they if not the clerics preaching salafiyah? Them, which in this age are known to be persistent with the mission to defend and preach this salafiyah. The best known among them, such as al-Imam al Muhaddits ash Shaykh Muhammad Nasir al Albani, then ash Shaykh al 'Allaamah Abdul' Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baaz, ash Shaykh al 'Allaamah Muhammad bin Salih al-' Uthaymeen. Then the disciples of al Imam al Muhaddits ash Shaykh Muhammad Nasir al-Albani, and all of their students.

They were the most overt terrorism against and denied thinking this, either with the writings in their books, tapes their scientific studies and from scientific studies about them directly. It is known by every munshif (the fair in menghukumi).

The mukabir (the arrogant and stubborn) and those who belie the fact they all, then surely he is a generation (successor) of the characters (opponents) previous, (ie the people) who accused the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam as sorcerer, a madman, counterfeiter and creator Al Qur `an, liar. They just accuse, accuse, and kept accusing (without haq and evidence that true).

But here's taqdir the prophets, they always didustakan by most people. Allah says:

ولقد كذبت رسل من قبلك فصبروا على ما كذبوا وأوذوا حتى أتاهم نصرنا.

And indeed didustakan (also) apostles before thee, but they were put to the disbelieving and persecution (which is done) to them, until it came to their aid Us. [Al An'am: 34].

Therefore, says the state of the preachers who preach to God, the state of the prosecution of science religion. They will always get the obstacles and hindrances and obstacles of heretics, heresy experts, and those who deviate from the path of Allah. They will be hurt by the opponents.

Experts heresy, heretics, and those who deviate from the path of Allah, (they) will never stop waging vicious attempts (they made), a provocation, sow the seeds of dissension and hostility in society, so that the preachers who preach to Allah and sincere seekers of religious knowledge, (they) will always get this hurdle.

There are two boarding schools that bermanhaj salaf on an island. After all this, the people who cling to the manhaj of the Salaf, surely there will always remain. They always consistently above principle in preaching. Not influence the actions of people who try to do madharat against them, also those who menyelisihi them, as it has been accepted in those sayings by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

لا تزال طائفة من أمتي ظاهرين على الحق لا يضرهم من خذلهم حتى يأتي أمر الله وهم كذلك.

Will remain a group from my Ummah who appeared on al haq (truth), they do not harm the people who left (do not care for them) until the coming of God affairs, while they remain so [2].

And this class, the scholars have interpreted, that they are the Ahl-ul-Hadith and Ahl-ul-atsar (ie those who consistently follow the hadiths and trace the Salaf as Salih ash).

So, I advise every Muslim, he should be a salafi. I advise every Muslim, he should be a salafi [3]. Every Muslim should bermanhaj, like what has been taken by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions. A methodology of which does not favor the particular personal, or to a particular congregation-worshipers.

As salafiyah not a new born baby girl now. Nor is a newly established organization at this time. As salafiyah is coming down from God's teachings, in the form of the revelation brought by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to his daughter Fatima [4] radi' anha when he died:

الحقي بسلفنا الصالح عثمان بن مظعون.

Join our righteous predecessors, Uthman bin Mazh'un. [5]

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah said (the meaning): "It (is) a disgrace, if one attribute (lean) himself to the Salaf, since manhaj Salaf is (manhaj) knows best (more knowledgeable), Ahkam (more wisely and arbitrate ), and aslam (more safely) ".

Because if not, how can we realize ما أنا عليه وأصحابي?!

Look at! Now many pilgrims with their assortment of patterns, there is to the west, there is to the east. All following their own ways different. Except, just preaching God's blessed salafiyah. This is the group that remained consistent cling tightly to what the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions were on it.

Therefore, I ask God to them-good preachers, the prosecution of science, and the people who bermanhaj Salaf is-always given the ease and virtue from Him, and that they serve Him best generations of their heirs. Verily Allah is pleased to grant this prayer and Sovereign over all things. There is not a mission of truth against this, but God will surely destroy it. Because God will always defend those who believe (who defend their religion).

Therefore, the whole model of any mission (on this earth) that have tried to obstruct, oppose, and hinder propagation salafiyah, their efforts are definitely worth it and failed. Even that they get only loss and regret. While God is always defending and helping the salafiyah propaganda, because God will certainly help those who defend their religion, as his word:

ولينصرن الله من ينصره إن الله لقوي عزيز.

Surely God must help those who help (religion) of his. Verily Allah is Most Strong, All-Mighty. [Al-Hajj: 40].

And Ali bin Zaid bin Jud'an is Da'eef narrators. See Taqrib at Tahdheeb, p. 696, no. 4768.

Or, perhaps intended by him (Shaykh Dr. Muhammad ibn Musa Nasr's Alu) are precisely the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam told his daughter Fatima radi' anha when he (the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) before his death. If it is, then the hadith is muttafaq 'alaih, issued by al-Bukhari (5/2317 no. 5928) and Muslim (4/1904 no. 2450) of A'isha radi' anha, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

... فإنه نعم السلف أنا لك ...

Really a surprise when the media broadcast news or suicide bombing carried out by a person in a mosque in Cirebon when the Muslims to worship there Friday. Even more surprising again, there are some Muslims who consider it to be jihad, the reason they (the police) are praying that there is a cause of Evil must be fought. Looking at these facts, we feel the need to present a discussion presented by one of the Ulama in Madinah. A brief discussion of the full argument. TWO WAY SATAN MISLEADING PEOPLE
Satan has two roads to mislead the Muslims:

a. If a Muslim was among those who underestimate obligations and evildoers, the devil will make immorality and lust to be looked beautiful to him, in order to stay away from obedience to Allah and His Messenger.

b. If a Muslim was among those who obey and worship Rajib, Satan will adorn exaggerations and over the edge to him, so that Satan can destroy religion.

Among the cunning of Satan to be the people who are intemperate deeds Satan made following passions, haughty and a poor understanding of their religion to be wonderful for them. Satan also led them to the view does not need to refer to the scholars, so that scholars can not guide them to the path of righteousness so that they remain misguided.

Among a result of poor understanding of this religion is the emergence of insurgency by (group) against the government of Ali radi Khawarij anhu. (This they did,-ed) because they understand the texts of the Shari'ah with the understanding that one friend radi anhum menyelisihi understanding. Therefore, when Ibn 'Abbas radi' anhu discuss with them, he radi anhu explain the correct understanding of the Shari'ah texts to them, so that some of them Ruju '(back to the path of truth), but most of them remain in in their error. The story of Ibn Abbas radi discussions with the Kharijites anhu narrated in Mustadrak of al-Hakim 2/150-152 with saheeh isnaad according to Muslim requirements.

Among the scholars who suggest that it refers to the good of the Muslims in religious matters and the world they are a group of people (in ancient times-ed) who admire the thought Khawarij, a verdict embedding disbelieve commit major sins and consider them the eternal in Hell. إن أخوف ما أخاف عليكم رجل قرأ القرآن حتى إذا رئيت بهجته عليه, وكان ردئا للإسلام, انسلخ منه ونبذه وراء ظهره, وسعى على جاره بالسيف, ورماه بالشرك », قال: قلت: يا نبي الله, أيهما أولى بالشرك, المرمي أم الرامي? قال: «بل الرامي»

"I'm worried about the fact that you are the person who has read (memorize) al-Qur'ân, so when it has seemed kebagusannya against al-Qur'ân and he became an advocate of Islam, he was separated from al-Qur'ân, throw it in behind his back, and attacked his neighbor with a sword and accused him of idolatrous ". WHERE TO REASON AND RELIGION, AND DESTRUCTION AS JIHAD bombing?

I feel the need to bring the texts of al-Qur'ân and the Sunnah of the magnitude of affairs (sin) murder and danger, about suicide, kill a Muslim, kill the infidels mu'ahad, either intentionally or unintentionally. The goal is to establish proof and explain the straight path.

I beg to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to give guidance to those who go astray towards truth and get them out of the darkness-the darkness into the light, and may Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala keep the Muslims from the evil perpetrators. Verily, He is Hearing and grant the prayer.

MURDER IN PERIL-Shari'ah Shari'ah EARLIER
Allah Almighty says:

من قتل نفسا بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنما قتل الناس جميعا ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعا

Whoever kills a human being, not because of it (kill) someone else, or for spreading mischief in the land, it is as if he has killed all mankind. And whoever saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all human beings. [Al-Maidah / 5: 32]

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا تقتل نفس ظلما إلا كان على ابن آدم الأول كفل من دمها, لأنه أول من سن القتل

No one soul who killed wrongdoers except the first son of Adam who bear the sin of the blood (murder), because he was the first person to commit murder. [HR. Bukhari, no. 3335; Muslim, no. 1677]

Almighty Allah says about His Prophet, the Prophet Moses Alaihissallam, who said to Khidhir:

أقتلت نفسا زكية بغير نفس لقد جئت شيئا نكرا

Moses said, "Why did you kill clean soul, not because he killed someone else? Verily ye have done something unjust". [Al-Kahfi/18: 74]

DANGERS OF SUICIDE, INCIDENTAL OR ACCIDENTAL
Allah Almighty says:

ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما

And do not kill yourselves; verily Allah Most Merciful to you. [An-Nisa '/ 4: 29]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

ومن قتل نفسه بشىء فى الدنيا عذب به يوم القيامة

Whoever kills himself with something in the world, he will be tortured him on the Day of Resurrection. [HR. Bukhari, no. 6047; Muslim, no. 176; from Thabit bin Dhahhak]

Of al-Hasan, he said, "Allaah Jundub anhu has told us in the mosque, we have not forgotten, and we do not worry about forgetting, and we do not worry Jundub will lie upon the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

كان برجل جراح فقتل نفسه فقال الله بدرنى عبدى بنفسه حرمت عليه الجنة

There used to be one of men who suffer from boils, and then he killed himself, then Allah says, "My servant is preceded me against him, so I forbid Paradise it". [HR. Bukhari, no. 1364; Muslim, no. 180]

But the man who killed himself by accident so he was forgiven, without sin, by the word of Almighty Allah:

وليس عليكم جناح فيما أخطأتم به ولكن ما تعمدت قلوبكم

And there is no sin on you for what you mistake him, but (which is no sin) what is intentional by heart. [Al-Ahzâb/33: 5]

MUSLIMS KILLED WITH WITHOUT RIGHTS, OR DELIBERATELY FALSE
Killing a Muslim, sometimes with alasasan justified and sometimes not justified Shari'ah Shari'ah. The killings were justified because the shari'ah when done or had run Qisas. While no truth could have accidentally or mistakenly (accidentally).

Allah Almighty says about the murder by intentionally:

ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزاؤه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه وأعد له عذابا عظيما

Whoever kills a believer intentionally then the reward is Jahannam, he shall live for him and Allah's wrath, and cursed him and provide for him a great torment. [An-Nisa '/ 4: 93]

Anhuma of Ibn Umar, radi anhuma he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لن يزال المؤمن فى فسحة من دينه, ما لم يصب دما حراما

A believer is always in the looseness in his religion as long as he does not shed the blood of the unclean. (Do not kill the soul which is forbidden) [HR. Bukhari, no. 6862]

While the killing of a believer by mistake, then the Almighty Allah has made obligatory diyat (fines) and kaffarah (a sin) to him. Allah Almighty says.

وما كان لمؤمن أن يقتل مؤمنا إلا خطأ ومن قتل مؤمنا خطأ فتحرير رقبة مؤمنة ودية مسلمة إلى أهله إلا أن يصدقوا فإن كان من قوم عدو لكم وهو مؤمن فتحرير رقبة مؤمنة وإن كان من قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق فدية مسلمة إلى أهله وتحرير رقبة مؤمنة فمن لم يجد فصيام شهرين متتابعين توبة من الله وكان الله عليما حكيما

"It is not for a believer to kill a believer (who else), but since fall into error (accidentally). Whoever kills a believer because the mark! MU'AHAD DELIBERATELY KILLED OR FALSE
Kill the infidel dhimmi, mu'âhad, and musta'man, haram (legal). In this issue, there is a threat of loud.

'Abdullah bin' Amr, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من قتل معاهدا لم يرح رائحة الجنة, وإن ريحها توجد من مسيرة أربعين عاما

Whoever kills infidels mu'ahad, he will not smell heaven, but it smells in dapati 40 years of travel distance. [HR. Bukhari, no. 3166]

al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar rahimahullah said, "What he meant was people (unbelievers) who has an agreement with the Muslims, either by paying the jizya (kafir dhimmi-red), a peace treaty from the government (kafir mu'ahad-ed), or security of a Muslim (musta'man-ed) ". [Fathul Bari, 12/259]

Of Abu Bakrah radi 'anhu, he said: Messenger of Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

من قتل معاهدا فى غير كنهه حرم الله عليه الجنة

Whoever kills infidels mu'ahad not in time, Allah heaven forbid it. [HR. Abu Dawud, no. 2760; Nasai, no. 4747]

Said by al-Imam rahimahullah Mundziri that the meaning of 'not in time' is not on the time allowed to kill him, that at the time there was no agreement for him. [At-Targhib, 2/635]

The killing of infidels mistakenly mu'ahad (not intentionally), required diyat (fines) by Allah Almighty and kaffarah (sin). Allah Almighty says:

وإن كان من قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق فدية مسلمة إلى أهله وتحرير رقبة مؤمنة فمن لم يجد فصيام شهرين متتابعين توبة من الله وكان الله عليما حكيما

If he (the slain) of the (disbelievers) that no treaty (of peace) among them with you, then (let the killer) to pay blood money is handed over to his family (the slain) and freed slave who believe. Whoever does not get it, then let him (the killer) fast two consecutive months for the acceptance of repentance to Allah. And Allah is Knowledgeable, Wise. [An-Nisa '/ 4:92]

CLOSING
In closing let me say:
1. O Allah bertaqwalah to the youth in you! You must not fall prey to the demon world that combines humiliation and suffering in the hereafter for you.
2. Bertaqwalah to Allah in (the affairs of) the Muslims, both old and young.
3. Bertaqwalah to Allah in (the affairs of) the Muslimat, both mothers, children, sisters or aunts.
4. Bertaqwalah to Allah in (the affairs of) older people who are bowing and babies are still breastfed.
5. Bertaqwalah to Allah in (the affairs of) blood and treasure that must be maintained to be respected.

فاتقوا النار التي وقودها الناس والحجارة

Keep yourselves from hell whose fuel is men and stones. [Al-Baqarah / 2:24]

واتقوا يوما ترجعون فيه إلى الله ثم توفى كل نفس ما كسبت وهم لا يظلمون

Take care of yourself from the (punishment occurs in) that day at that time you were all returned to Allah. Then each perfect self requited for what he had done, they were not in the least persecuted (harmed). [Al-Baqarah / 2:281]

يوم تجد كل نفس ما عملت من خير محضرا وما عملت من سوء تود لو أن بينها وبينه أمدا بعيدا

On the day when every soul finds the virtues confronted (dimukanya), as (also) evil he had done, and he wanted if he would include the day that there are times that much. [Ali-'Imran / 3:30]

يوم يفر المرء من أخيه) 34 (وأمه وأبيه) 35 (وصاحبته وبنيه) 36 (لكل امرئ منهم يومئذ شأن يغنيه

On the day when a man flee from his brother, mother and father, wife and children. Every one of them on that day have affair keep her busy enough. ['Abasa/80: 34-37]

Wake up from your sleep, realized from your negligence!
Do not become a vehicle for the devil do mischief on the earth!

INTRODUCTION
Takfir or mengkafirkan others without evidence is justified by the Shari'ah extreme attitude, and will always trigger the issue, which ultimately is spilling the blood of the Muslims indiscriminately. Starting from and ending with tafjir takfir (blasting).

The following paper was translated from a booklet issued by Markaz Al Imam Al Albani, Jordan, on Hai'ah Bayan Al Kibar Ulama Al Ghuluwwi Fi Fi Dzammi At Takfir (Explanation of Major Institute Scholars Association slurs against Saudi Arabia on ghuluw attitude-extreme-in mengkafirkan others).

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمد لله رب العالمين, والصلاة والسلام أشرف المرسلين, وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين, ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين, أما بعد:

Here is an accurate scientific explanation. In it there is a careful and thorough critique. Confirmed the critical issue, beneficial to all people and to reject defamation of darkness.

(On the basis of it), I deemed it necessary and important for the spread of political or media, as counsel and as a trustee. It was caused by two reasons:

First: Because a lot of people who do not know and do not understand it. While that know, do not want to spread political or media, [1] and was reluctant to show it-except the grace of God got.

Second: (Also) because in it there is an explanation (study effort) to unload some ghuluw state secrets to the extreme. That is, people who because stupidity has made religion a bad image, and because of the deviation has damaged the Muslims in general.

Though Islam-thank God-is much higher and more sublime. Islam is providing guidance and instructions to the truth.

Only to God I pleaded, so He made explanations [2] is beneficial for the people in general, and specifically for certain people. He is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala who says:

واتقوا فتنة لا تصيبن الذين ظلموا منكم

Fear that you will be a slander not only afflict only those wrongdoers among you [Al-Anfal: 25].

The end of our prayer is, Alhamdulillahi Rabbil 'Alamin.

EXPLANATION HAI'AH Kibar AL ULAMA

الحمدلله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهداه. أما بعد:

Indeed Assembly Hai'ah Al Kibar Ulama, at its 49th meeting in Ta'if, which began on 02/04/1419 H [4] have studied what is now taking place in many Islamic countries and other countries, of takfir ( legal determination of infidels against someone) and tafjir (blasting) and the consequences arising out of them, such as the shedding of blood and destruction of public facilities.

Due to this dangerous problem, as well as its consequences, such as eliminating the lives of innocent people, destruction of property that should be preserved, caused fear to many people and raises concerns for security and peace of the people, then the panel looked Hai'ah need to publish this explanation, in order to explain the fact of the matter of law. As counsel for God, for His servants and as a release of responsibility before God, as well as an effort to eliminate the confusion of understanding among the people who messed up his understanding.

So with God-our-taufiq say:

FIRST
Takfir (kafir or infidel law sets) is Sharai law. Place the return is Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. As with any legal determination of halal and haram, the return to Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam; legal determination as well as pagan.

Not every word or deed that called kufr, kufr akbar means that issue (the perpetrator) of religion. [5]

Because the sources of law determination pengkafiran return to Allah and His Messenger, then we should not mengkafirkan person, except when the Qur'an and Sunnah have proved their disbelief with clear evidence. Then (the infidel) is not enough just based on doubtful and allegations only, because it will result in consequences that are harmful laws.

If hudud law (criminal) can be erased with a doubtful (vagueness evidence)-but consequently lighter-than takfir, especially problems pengkafiran people, certainly more can be eliminated again by the doubtful (lack of clarity in the evidence).

That is why the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned his people not to get menghukumi infidel to someone who is not pagan. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أيما امرئ قال لأخيه: يا كافر, فقد باء بها أحدهما. إن كان كما قال وإلا رجعت عليه

Whoever it is who says to his brother "O Infidel", then saying it will hit one of the two. If his word is true, (then it). But if not, then the charges will be back to being the person who says. [Muttafaq 'alaih, from Ibn' Umar].

Sometimes in the Qur'an and Sunnah there are texts that can be understood from him, that this word, deed or belief that it is kufr, but people who do not disbelieve, due to the barriers that hinder their disbelief.

This pengkafiran law, just as other laws. That is not going to happen, unless the causes as well as its terms there [6] and the barrier-the barrier does not exist. For example in the matter of inheritance. Why (for example) is the relative relationship. Sometimes a person (who has a relationship relatives) can not inherit due to the barrier, ie religious differences. Similarly, the problem of infidelity. A believer is forced to do something-for example-Kufr, then he does not disbelieve it.

Sometimes a Muslim say words of Kufr caused by errors due to the tongue very excited, or very angry or due to other causes. And he did not disbelieve it. Because he did not knowingly say. Like the stories of people who say: "O Allah, You are my servant and I am your Lord". (He did not disbelieve, Red). He was wrong to say that because very excited (to rediscover the lost camel in the middle of his solitude, Red). [7] [Hadith Sahih Muslim history, from the Companions Anas ibn Malik]

Menghukumi hastily rejecting someone will result in many cases dangerous. Of which justifies Muslim blood and treasure, dilarangannya inherit each other, annulment and other legal consequences which are apostates.

So how can a believer be presumptuous infidel law set only based on a very simple doubtful though?

And if it turns out (accusations infidels, Red) is addressed to the authorities [8] then the problem is obviously worse. Because the result would lead to rebellion against authority, take up arms against them, spreading chaos issues, blood flow and cause damage to people and the country.

Hence the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade opposition to the ruler. He said:

... إلا أن تروا كفرا بواحا, عندكم فيه من الله برهان

Except ...... when you see a real paganism (bawaah), which tentanginya you have clear evidence of God. [Muttafaq 'alaih, from' Ubadah].

• Word of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: إلا أن تروا (unless you see), giving the sense that it is not enough (pengkafiran, Red) just based on allegations and issues.
• the words of Allaah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: كفرا (disbelief), giving the sense that it is not enough (opposition to the ruler, Red) just because fasiknya ruler, although great wickedness as wrongdoers, khamr drinking, gambling and illicit affair dominant act.
• the words of Allaah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: بواحا (real), gives the sense that it is not enough that no real infidelity. Bawaah meaning is clear and evident.
• Word he Shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: عندكم فيه من الله برهان (you have clear evidence regarding the actual infidelity of God). It gives the sense that it must be based on the argument that pengkafiran sharih (clear and bright). The argument must be authentic existence and sharih (clear and bright) proof. So it is not enough when the arguments are weak or indecisive sanadnya proof.
• Then the words he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: من الله (of God), gives the sense that the words of scholars anywhere (in pengkafiran, Red) can not be considered, although no matter how high knowledge and attitudes amanahnya, if his words are not based on the argument that sharih (real and light) and authentic proof from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

Ties requirements of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam (in the hadith) above shows how desperate the issue of takfir (pengkafiran against someone).

In conclusion, hasty menghukumi someone as infidel has a big danger. Based on the words of God Almighty:

قل إنما حرم ربي الفواحش ماظهر منها ومابطن والإثم والبغى بغير الحق وأن تشركوا بالله مالم ينزل به سلطانا وأن تقولوا على الله مالاتعلمون

Say: Verily Rabbku only forbidden heinous deeds, whether visible or hidden, and (forbid) a sin, violate human rights without good reason, (also forbid you) to Allah with something that Allah has sent down a proof for it, and (also forbid) you entered invent a word against God what you do not know. [Al A'raf: 32].

SECOND:
What arises from the false belief? Which justifies the blood, honor destruction, confiscation of property of certain people or common people, blasting dwellings and transport-public transport and destruction of buildings.

These activities and a similar one is haram according to shari'ah based on ijma '(agreement) of the Muslims. Since it bears the destruction of the souls of men of honor are maintained, destruction of property of honor, honor destruction of security and peace. (Destruction of) the rights of the people are safe and secure in their homes, in places where their livelihoods, at the time of their departure in the morning and on their return in the afternoon. Well as the destruction of the common interests that are always needed by many people in their lives.

Though Islam has given to the Muslims of maintenance related to the property, and honor their soul. Islam forbids the destruction of all of this and very stressed pengharamannya.

Even among the last thing conveyed by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is the word to his people he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam in the Farewell Pilgrimage:

إن دماءكم وأموالكم وأعراضكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا, في شهركم هذا, في بلدكم هذا

Real blood-your blood, treasures and objects you the honors you are forbidden upon you, as haram (glorious) day of his guys (the Farewell Pilgrimage) is, in this and in your country (Haram) this guys .

Finally the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam closes his saying:

ألا هل بلغت? اللهم فاشهد

Behold, I have expressed are there? O Allah bear witness. [Muttafaq 'alaih, from Abi Bakrah].

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

كل المسلم على المسلم حرام: دمه, وماله, وعرضه

Every Muslim for another Muslim is unclean: his blood, his property and his honor. [Narrated by Muslim, from Abu Hurayrah].

He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

اتقوا الظلم فإن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة

Fear you will kezhaliman, it is actually kezhaliman darkness-the darkness on the Day of Resurrection. [Narrated by Muslim, from Jabir].

Verily, Allah has given a very harsh threats against the person who killed someone who looked after his soul.

With regard to the soul of a believer, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزآؤه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه وأعد له عذابا عظيما

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, then the reward is Jahannam, he was in it and the eternal wrath of God to him and melaknatnya as well as providing a great torment for him. [An Nisa ': 93].

Then with respect to the souls of the unbelievers who are in the security of the Muslims, when killed by accident, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

وإن كان من قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق فدية مسلمة إلى أهله وتحرير رقبة مؤمنة فمن لم يجد فصيام شهرين متتابعين توبة من الله وكان الله عليما حكيما

And if he (the slain) from the existing pagan treaty (of peace) among them with you, then (let the killer) to pay blood money (compensation) is handed over to his family (the slain), as well as freeing a believing slave. Anyone who does not have a slave, let him (the killer) fast two consecutive months as a way of repentance to Allah. And Allah is Knower, Wise. [An Nisa ': 92].

If the unbelievers who have security of Muslims killed by accident that there should be blood money payment (compensation) and freed slave by the killer, then especially when he was killed intentionally. Obviously heavier crime and greater sin.

And indeed, there are saheeh reports from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he said:

من قتل معاهدا: لم يرح رائحة الجنة

Whoever kills the unbelievers who are in covenant (peace), then it will not smell heaven. [Muttafaq 'alaih, from Abdullah ibn Amr].

THIRD:
Surely, if an assembly declared legal provisions against human-pagan without proof of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and without mentioning the dangers of legal mention it because it contains harmful effects and sin, means the council amid announce to the world that Islam distanced themselves of these false beliefs. Similarly, what is taking place in various countries such as the shedding of innocent blood, blasting dwellings, vehicles, public facilities and specialty, as well as the destruction of the buildings, all of it is a criminal act. Islam distanced themselves from such acts.

Similarly every Muslim who believes in Allah and the Hereafter-also distanced themselves from such acts. These actions are nothing but the actions of people who have distorted thinking and doctrinal heresy. He alone who bore the sins and crimes. His actions can not be charged to Islam or to Muslims who adhere to the instructions of Islam, hold fast to the Qur'an and Sunnah and hold fast to the rope of God is solid.

Such actions are pure vandalism and crime. And nature resist shariah. By karenanyalah, shari'ah texts have come to mengharamkannya and warned against the perpetrators of such heinous associate.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ومن الناس من يعجبك قوله في الحياة الدنيا ويشهد الله على مافي قلبه وهو ألد الخصام. وإذا تولى سعى في الأرض ليفسد فيها ويهلك الحرث والنسل والله لا يحب الفساد. وإذا قيل له اتق الله أخذته العزة بالأثم فحسبه جهنم ولبئس المهاد

And among mankind is the fascinating world of words about the life your heart, and calls God to witness (to the truth) his heart, but he is the toughest opponent. And when he turns away (from you), he walked on the earth to hold him damage, and damage to crops and livestock. And Allah does not love corruption. And when it is said to him: "bertaqwalah to God!", Arose arrogance that causes sin. It is sufficient (return) Hell. And indeed Hell's residence at worst. [Al-Baqarah :204-206].

(Bottom line)-the duty of all Muslims wherever they may be-is to remind each other keep that in terms of their correctness, encourage one another, help one another in goodness and piety, enjoining evil-by way of wisdom (wise) and advice good, and provide rebuttal with a better way. As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has said:

وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولاتعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب

And please-menolonglah you in (doing) goodness and piety, and do not help-menolonglah in sin and enmity. And bertaqwalah Allah, verily Allah is severe in siksaNya. [Al Ma'ida: 2].

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala also says:

والمؤمنون والمؤمنات بعضهم أوليآء بعض يأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر ويقيمون الصلاة ويؤتون الزكاة ويطيعون الله ورسوله أولائك سيرحمهم الله إن الله عزيز حكيم

And those who believe, men and women, most of them are to be helpers one of another. They told (working) ma'ruf, preventing it from being unjust, prayers, practice regular charity, and they obey Allah and His Messenger. They will be given the grace by Allah, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. [At Tawbah: 71].

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

والعصر إن الإنسان لفي خسر. إلا الذين ءامنوا وعملوا الصالحات وتواصوا بالحق وتواصوا بالصبر

For old times sake. Behold, the man really is in loss, Except those who believe and do good deeds, and counsel-advised to adhere to truth, and so fulfill advising counsel patience. [Al Asr: 1-3].

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

الدين النصيحة (ثلاثا). قيل: لمن يارسول الله? قال: لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم

"Religion is advice" (Prophet say three times). Asked by a friend: "To whom, Messenger of Allah?". He replied, "For God, for His book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims and for Muslims in general." [Muslim, Tamim Ad From. Mu'allaq narrated by Imam Bukhari in his Sahih, without mentioning companions].

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم وتعاطفهم مثل الجسد إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى

The parable of the believers in the (relationship) mutual love, mutual affection and mutual weak soft, like one body, if one mem-bers of the body complained of illness, then the whole body will follow mem-bers could not sleep and had a fever. [Muttafaq 'alaih, from An-Nu'man bin Bashir].

(Thus), the verses and hadiths that convey the same this lot.

Finally, we appeal to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala-with the Attributes His names and His attributes which the noble-that he prevented all Muslims from misery.

We ask God to give taufiq l to all holders of the reins of power of the Muslims to do what is good for the people and the state, as well as to combat against any damage and the perusaknya.

We ask God to win their religion and raised his words through the holder of the reins of power. Also that God will make things all Muslims wherever they are, as well as winning the truth through them. Verily Allah is the Owner of all that and the Almighty to do so. May God continue to pour out blessings and greetings to our Prophet Muhammad, his family and friends.

There are several ways which theoretically can be taken by the Muslims and interested parties to address and decide the course of terrorist activities. However, practically requires earnestness and sincerity of work from various parties. Motivation that drives this hard work, the most basic is the belief in Allah Almighty, with the intention of seeking the pleasure and reward him. So that the main priority is the welfare and the public interest, not the welfare and personal interests. Thus, prevention efforts will create together, within the scope TA'AWUN 'alal al-Birri wat-Taqwa (mutual help and cooperation based on goodness and piety), not on the basis of worldly interests that triggered fighting unfair competition and mutual suspicion.

Roots of radicalism which sparked violence and terrorism have emerged since the time of the actual best friend is still alive. Mainly started sticking in the reign of Ali ibn Abi Talib radi 'anhu. Therefore, some of the tips that will be presented below is based on the steps that have been done by the Sahaba and the Salaf Ulama in addressing the root growth of radicalism in that time.

One day, before the prayer Zhuhur, I came to see Ali radi 'anhu. I said to him, "O Amirul Mu'mineen, Zhuhur postpone prayers until the time is not too hot, because I want to talk briefly with the Harûriyah people.

Ali radi 'anhu said, "I'm worried about you."
I replied, "Do not worry" I'm known (in the community) as a person who has a good character, I never hurt anyone.

Finally Ali radi 'anhu allowed me to go up to them. Then I wore the most beautiful clothes that came from Yemen and comb my hair. Next I went they were in a village in the middle of the day when they're lunch. It turns out, I find that they are a group of people that I saw, never no one is more passionate than their worship. Their foreheads black thicken as much prostrated. Their palms as if like a camel knee (because it is often used to support the body when bowing). They wear clothes that have been worn, while their faces pale (as many prayers night).

I say hello to them. But their answer was, "Welcome, O Ibn Abbas radi 'anhu! Luxury all the clothes you wear!"

I replied, "Why do you taunt me? Though I never saw the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam wearing clothes from Yemen that much more beautiful than I wear this. Then I read a verse of al-Qur'ân to them:

"Say," Who is God forbid jewelry has issued his servants with him, and (who up again that forbid) good fortune "? [Ali Imran / 7:32]

They then asked me, "There needs to be what you came here?"

I replied, "I come as a messenger of the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that the Emigrants and Helpers. As well as envoys from the Prophet's uncle and son in-law once he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. So I said, "Please! What is (because) your refusal to the Companions of the Prophet n and uncle to his children? "
They replied, "There are three things."
I said, "What are those three things?"
They said, "First, because the real Ali radi 'anhu had made man as a determinant of legal affairs (religion) of Allah Almighty. In fact, Allah Almighty has said:

"No other legal right of set that belongs only to God". [Al-An `am / 6:57, also Yûsuf/12: 40 and 67]

I said, "This is the first."

They continued, "As for the latter, because Ali radi 'anhu was fighting (Aisha radi' anhuma, as well as Mu'awiya radi 'anhu), but he did not take the war and captivity ghanimah. If that fought Ali radi 'anhu are infidels, meaning prisoners is lawful. But if that fought Ali radi 'anhu are the believers, meaning no lawful conduct lawful prisoners of war and not fighting them anyway.

I said, "It's the number two, then what is the third?"

They said, "He has removed from his position of Commander of the Faithful. Thus, if he is not the Commander of the Faithful, meaning he was Commander of the infidels (unbelievers amirnya).

They replied, "That's it."

Furthermore, I will say to them, "What do you think, if I read the verses of the Book of Allah (the Qur'an) and the Sunnah of His Prophet can cancel perkatakaan you, whether you want to refer (back to the truth)?

They replied, "Yes."

I said, "As for you saying that Ali radi 'anhu had made man as a determinant of religious law in matters of Allah Almighty, then will I read to you verses of the Qur'ân which explains that Allah Almighty gave His law to man in just a quarter of its value problems dirhams. Allah Almighty has commanded people to lay down the law in this regard.

Did not you read the words of Allah Almighty:

"O ye who believe, do not kill the prey animal when you're ihram. Whoever among you kill him on purpose, then the fine is to replace the balanced cattle with a killed prey, according to a verdict just two people among you" . [Al-Mâ'idah / 5:95]

In this paragraph, the provisions of law of Allah Almighty is the law leaves the decision to the people to decide about the legal killing of game animals is done by people who are berihrâm. In fact, if Allaah wills, He will menghukuminya own. So, the verdict is allowed humans.

They replied, "Of course this is better."

"And if you fear there is a dispute between the two, then send an Hakam (law breakers) of a family man and a magistrate (law breakers) from female family". [An-Nisa '/ 4:35]

I swear you guys ask, whether human law provisions in order to peace and the relationship among the Muslims in order to prevent the spilling of their blood, it's better human law or statutes of a woman's genitalia?

They replied, "Yes."

Next I said, "As for you saying (the second) that Ali radi 'anhu combat (Aisha radi' anhuma), but did not do and did not take ghanimah captivity. They replied, "Yes."

I continued, "As for (saying you were the third) that Ali radi 'anhu has abolished the post of Commander of the Faithful of him: then will I bring to you a satisfactory answer. Namely, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam when a peace treaty in Hudaybiyah with the infidels of Mecca, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said to Ali radi 'anhu, "O Ali Erase (the Apostle of Allah Almighty). This history can be inferred from several things, among others:

1. Khawarij is the originator of the birth of the radical Muslim movement, which in essence is takfir (pengkafiran) against Muslims, especially the rulers.

Yazid al-Faqir said, "I'm very tempted by the thought of Khawarij. "Our Lord, indeed whoever you put in hell, then you definitely really despise it (meaning eternal definitely in hell)". [Ali Imran / 3:192]

And Allah Almighty also says:
 
"Every time they want to get out of hell, they returned (again) into it". [As-Sajdah/32: 20].

So, what is this you say?! "

I replied: "Yes".

Jabir said, "That's commendable position of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that because of the position that the Allah Almighty eject people whom He will of hell.

Furthermore Yazid narrates, "Then Jabir radi 'anhu described the installation of the bridge over Hell shirath and described the passage of human nature in this shirath bridge. Yazid melajutkan, "And there are many more that are told Jabir radi 'anhu, which may partly I forgot. But clearly Jabir z states of certainty that there is a group of people who will get out of hell after their punishment in it ... and so on. "

After Jabir radi 'anhu presented to Yazid hadith, God finally gave him a hint of guidance correct understanding of the verses he presented above. Yazid said, "We came back (to Kufa), and we also said to the fellow who was with us, 'Ah how wretched you! What might Shaikh (Jabir) lie in the name of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam? ' Finally, we also refer (of the wrong opinion). Sake of Allah Almighty, after that, none of us are out to rebel but only one person. "

Of history can be concluded that both of the following:

1. Through belief in the truth of Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, Allah Almighty finally opened the door of the heart Suhaib ibn Yazid al-Faqir, so he survived almost menjerumaskannya misguided into acts of rebellion. This sort of beliefs, for the Ulama Rabbani, is a requirement for anyone who wants to benefit from the guidance of the scholars, so the step to be true, in any condition in general, and in the chaotic conditions in particular [6].

Allah Almighty says:
 
"And when there comes to them a word about safety or fear, they then broadcast. Had it not been for the grace and mercy of God to you, surely you followed the devil, except a small part (of you) ". [An-Nisa '/ 4:83]
