Australian authorities indicted a mother who allegedly
killed eight children

Australian authorities have indicted a woman in the
murder of her seven children and a nephew in the northern city of Cairns
.
The charges against Mersane Warria, 37 years old, was
given when she was in intensive care in hospital from injuries he sustained
cuts, according to police.

The victims who died were aged between 18 months and 14
years.
Police found a number of weapons at the site, including a
knife, which is still under investigation.
