Building IT Learning Centre was inaugurated in 2009, but
is now vacant.
The two-story building extends standing at the edge of
one central streets of the city, complete with wooden doors and window glass.
The floor looks a little cream-colored and shiny thanks to the reflection of
light through the window.
But there is no activity in the building. Gates and doors
locked building. From behind the glass window, look no table or even a computer
in the room.
Whereas in the front plastered the word "Samsung IT
Learning Centre."
That building help the South Korean technology giant.

referred to as health centers or even clinics. However, the ceiling had rotted,

Two homes for the physician or registered nurse who is
located just next to the health center building is occupied, but they are
tenants of the two houses.
Answering questions from BBC Indonesia, Aceh Governor
Zaini Abdullah admitted many buildings of international aid after the tsunami
in 2004 abandoned.
"Indeed, in this case there are still many things
that have not been resolved. We see also such omission where buildings or
buildings that have been built unused. There are so many," the governor

an inventory of buildings that have not been used. Although there is no data on
the number of buildings and facilities abandoned world heritage, the problem
will probably disappoint donors.

in the others at that time. Yes, of course we do not forget to also apologize
to them. It's not something deliberately wasted," said Zaini Abdullah.
Help building and other infrastructure should be used to
accommodate the productive efforts.
"Actually, we still need a lot of building by
communities in Aceh that could exploit because a lot of growing communities
where its activities are not positioned where, so still haphazard, in coffee
